I switched from IndiaLD to rebtel and literally had nightmare dealing with them, wasted my $50 and was never happy. Wasted my 1-2 hours with their customer service and every time they say sorry there is technical problem OR SOME OTHER EXCUSE. They are cheat stay away from them. I am back to IndiaLD and did not waste my time in chatting with them because my problem was never solved. I cant use two numbers at the same time to make international call, they kept me charging without my consent and when I requested refund they say sorry not our policy, I have been in the US for over 10 years and dealt with so many awesome companies and they refunded my money whenever I have requested (at least 2 times) but this Fraud company wont do it even once. Stay away from them if you love your time and want to save some money

I was a loyal Rebtel user for the past few years (about 4 years) and Rebtel has been a better choice for me. It is convenient and not more expensive than other international call services out there and that is until the recent price hike. It went from 19 cents(US) to 27 cents per minute. I have been sticking around after their price changes in the past and the problem I had with my mobile carrier third party application issue but this time, I am leaving for good! A price hike like this is not acceptable and I will be posting this on social media so that other Ethiopians stop using this service. I know many people who are doing that already, thanks to free internet calls! Are you kidding me. Why should we pay this much in 2016? Bye Rebtel. I am cancelling my account as we speak. I will start by taking away my credit card information from my profile and try other services for this week. It is unfair and everyone from Ethiopia should ban using this service,

Do not buy rabtel credit they sound cheap but they aren't, they are actually cheating unsuspecting customers. The price per minute they charge is much higher then what they actually quote when you enter the number for call rates. I will never buy again they are very evasive and do not answer emails about queries of their call rates.

This company is very greed, they never offer discount during holiday. I am a constant regular customer and I have yet to receive any customer appreciation special discount. I am so done with this company, I just find out that they have being charging my account but never gave me the credit. To make matter worse their website do not any any phone number to call them in case you wanted to call.

My minutes were running out fast so i decided to take closer look at how much i was charged per minute. I found they doubled what they advertise on there site. Site says .27/min my bill says .40/min. BEWARE AND CHECK TO SEE HOW MUCH YOU ARE BEING CHARGED PER CALL OR RIPPED OFF PER CALL.They are deceptive and hard to contact. After trying to contact them i receive generic replies about rates which i assume is computer generated. Once my minutes run out i plan on finding new provider and filing complaint. If anyone has same experience you can file complaint with Swedish Consumer protection agency  regardless of your location. I advise everyone to calculate and see what they are being charged per call, you may be surprised.

With Rebtel, I am able to call family and friends back home as easily as if they were in the same country with me. The calls connect quickly and the sound is crisp; it is easy to forget the distance between us.

I do not need to be glued to my computer or have a separate phone to use Rebtel, as I have seen with other services.

I can make my calls to people who do not have accounts with Rebtel, and they can call me back at no cost to them.

Being able to make free calls with other Rebtel users is one really awesome feature, and it is easy to do.

I am not sure if Rebtel have the cheapest rate to call abroad I just compared with 3 other companies, but it works well and it seems reliable. I like their app it's convenient. Just their customer service details weren't so easy to find, but they were quick to reply after I sent an email. I would recomend them if you need to call abraod.

I have found Rebtel one of the most reliable and economical service for international calls worldwide. Easy to use via app as well.
