I visited M&M website for a full zip fleece for my husband and also found out they had socks in my husband size as I normally have issues in finding socks in his size. There was plenty of choice, really nice looking products and looked good quality. Price was exceptional,the website was easy to use and the choice to pay via Klarna was even better. I payed for standard postage and received the next day, I wasn't expecting to get them until at least the 4th December. So thankyou M and M for a very enjoyable experience. I will be using you again.

Price and delivery great, but never ever attempt to send anything back, life is short and this process is beyond frustrating.... prepare for hassle, photos, endless emails and no telephone number......

The customer service is not a customer service at all. They only answer emails "we cannot change delivery address or cancel an order, it is dispatched" Nonsense!! I made a request for a change of delivery address as soon as I received the automatic confirmation of the order when I noticed the delivery address is wrong. checked how to change it immediately myself,- no options whatsoever. I emailed them asking to change the delivery address from there- no. You receive an already prepared second automatic email - NO.
It would not be dispatched: I placed the order and tried to change address with "customer service" on Saturday evening, I received an email with NO on Sunday morning.
So do not use the online service as in case you need the assistance of a proper customer service, there isn't such there. If you still make a mistake I did, be informed there is no customer service.

It says rubber sole now when I want to return it says sinthetic sole. Now I have to pay for return as well why.

I bought some products and payment was through Klarna. However, an item within the order was not delivered which mandm direct notified me and informed me refund has been made through Klarna. Despite emails with both parties, with Klarna denying receiving payment and mandm direct otherwise, both parties have denied any responsibility and up till now I have not received any refund. I will advise never to deal with irresponsible retailers and intermediaries

For a recent order I made , they sent me completely the wrong item. They have no telephone contact number and the only customer service is by email. Even worse was that even though I had paid for an item which they didnt deliver , this then became my problem to fix, with them refusing to send out the correct item , insisting I paid again for the correct goods if I still wanted them and forcing me to arrange and pay for a return of the unrequested item I had received if I wanted to get a refund.

I returned goods using prepaid label they sent, they told me to wait 2 weeks for refund. After 2 weeks they refused the refund despite me sending proof of postage and tracking. Any later emails i sent were met with the response we won’t assist further. That’s some customer service! Now i have to go through different companies to retrieve my money, save yourself the trouble and the displeasure of dealing with their staff members.

The website is good and so are the prices but it's a shame they use Evri/Hermes for their deliveries.
Time and time again this delivery company has been voted worst busines in the UK but MandM still use them..... why ??? I suppose its down to price, I would much rather pay for delivery that have it free from this joke of a company.
I made an order on the 29th August for next day delivery, its been delayed time and time again by hermes/evri and despite multiple emails of reassurance from MandM customer services saying they will resend my items I have still not got anything

Hermes/Evri have my parcel, they havnt even attempted to deliver it, they sent me 2 texts saying delivery failed on both the 8th and 10th September , I have a full cctv system plus ring door bell, no one came to my house so this is a blatant lie, Evri/Hermes have always and always will be the most useless and deceitful delivery service and are a disgrace to their profesion.
Both you and Evri are virtually impossible to contact, you do have an email but that way you can decide when to reply, as for Evri the only contact for them is a automated bot that just tracks your parcel and that's it.
I have literally wasted whole days of my life just trying to find out where my t-shirts are , it's absolutely rediculous

I can tell you one thing though, I found all the same items on Amazon for less money and next day delivery, so after 22 years ordering from you I will now make it my life's passion to tell everyone I can to avoid MandM direct and Evri at all costs just down to the way I have been treated.

Totally Wrong Item Sent.
Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars! I ordered a pair of shoes, paid express delivery as I needed them urgently. They delivered me a fleece instead. Nightmare trying to communicate with them, didn't appear to want to take any responsibility for their error. I used online shopping and courier delivery for a reason but apparently until I return the item wrongly despatched they wont process a refund or post the correct item. I don't have access to a printer to print a return label although you can request label printing at SOME of their return sites. All couriers offer pickup and delivery options, they refused to send out a returns label and pick the item up. Everyone can make mistakes but it's how you resolve it that matters. Fortunately I paid via paypal and forwarded the complaint to them. They still have my money and I have no shoes! Apparently as I have taken it to paypal I have risked my account with M&M being blocked, this doesn't concern me as I would NEVER shop with them again!
