Always had good experiences coming to this restaurant. The staff are always attentive and polite. I am a vegetarian and wanted spaghetti carbonara without the bacon. The chef was able to make me something very similar :) Desert is always nice and I always enjoy a glass of wine with my meal.

The food at Bella Italia, Bournemouth, was a sham. £10.50 for a flat, dry, factory produced chicken schnitzel that belongs on a childs menu. Breaded chicken breast my foot! I could have frisbee'd it back into the kitchen. Poultry in motion. At least the spaghetti was so small I could demolish it in one fail swoop. AVOID

I was so dissapointed with my "Breadcrumbed Chicken breast" it was frisbee'd straight back to the chefs. Poultry in motion.At least my portion of spaghetti was so small I could eat it in a few nibbles, which was lucky because it was dry and barely edible.I will stick to pizzas, I recommend a similar course of action for Bella Italia.

I will not go to this Bella Italia restaurant again. We were advised before seating that the food would take 30 mins to arrive. In actual fact, it took 70 minutes. We did not receive an apology for the late arrival of the food, we felt like the staff seemed to ignore our table because they knew we had been waiting for so long. The quality of our food seemed poor. It was very poor value for money too - £80 for 6 people, one of whom had the children's meal for about £5, 5 soft drinks only and no dessert.
