Don't Refund You When Promised

After over a month of returning items I've still not received my refund. It's been weeks still waiting as SUPPOSEDLY the refund had been issued but every time I call all I get is PLEASE WAIT and we will let you know.

Lovely customer services guys but it seems the departments behind the scenes are useless.

Autodoc Disguised. Stay Clear

This site is autodoc. I was fooled.

Mislead and bs yet again. If I knew it was autodoc I would NEVER of ordered on this site.

DECIETFUL AND UNTRUE THROUGH AND THROUGH

give you 14 days to cancel.

Asked to cancel when I realised who they are. They said its already been shipped and with the courier Evri of all fkups. Later receive and email saying the order is packed and ready to.go the courier!!!?? So mislead again.

2 days later...no update. Evri is yet to receive the order.

I Have Ordered 2 Parts From Them And The Cost Was

I have ordered 2 parts from them and the cost was 87 pounds. Once the parts have not been delivered or even acknowledged the order i have asked for a refund. I have sent all the information need it for the refund. Needless to say it has now been 5 months of emails back and forward with no prevail. They blame it on me for not receiving my refund back. I am taking this further as per customer rights. Dont let faje business like this trick you and let them get away with it. It might have been 87 months back but now they will have to pay me a lot more. Dont ahop from them and dont let them take your money if you made an actual purchase with them

After sending VIN number they still managed to send out a powersteering pump, alternator, and crankshaft pulley which are not compatible with each other !!

Numerous attempts emailing them getting the standard emails back and completely ignoring that they actually made a mistake, they now turned around saying its your own fault.

So not only few hundreds out of pocket , no van which means no income I got to shell out again because of these clowns. Don't mind waiting 2 weeks for parts bu at least check if they compatible with each other ??? Joke of a company AVOID !!! No customer service or care. Plain ignorant

Absolutely rubbish company, unreliable and unprofessional!

They delayed dispatching my order by two weeks!!!rather than the 2 days, as per their terms and conditions.

Please please do not be fooled by small prices.

They sent wrong parts as well and then they make it extra hard to get a refund!

Run from this company!!!

Correct Part Delivered.but Just A Little Bit Slow Getting Th

Ordered a part second hand ..from the north in Uk.But alas incorrect.A indicator windscreen switch made by Valeo

I ordered off onlineukparts but had a second look the next day at the photos of the part online and realised it was the same as the second hand item.

I cancelled the order following there procedure and sent the email.

I then realised that the part i required was available for the same year 2006 C180(more than one available /type for that model)

but this was from looking at the various photo angles on the online website of this part (onlineukparts)

I then phoned up the help desk the number is available.bottom of their website.i spoke to a english speaking agent and was asked for the chassis number from my car.And she would check with their tech department.I recieved an email confirming the part i wanted to reorder was correct and i was asked to just confirm in writing by email quite promptly that i wanted the new part rather than a refund /cancellation of the first order.

The part arrived after a about 6 work days i ordered on a friday and arrived 2 mondays after.

So the different photo angles of the part were very helpful and the customer service on the phone was good ..with the right chassis number my part was correct and worked perfectly.

Only just a bit slower than a uk based warehouse and Carriage was £10.33 so not the cheapest.

But the part was correct and fitted.

Breaking The Law And Pretending To Be Uk Based Company!

Do not buy from them! If anything will go wrong with your delivery, they will leave you hanging for months, will misguide you. You have been warned!

It is the hardest review in my life as this company broke so many UK and EU laws that I have no idea where to start...

When I notified them about the issue, they did not respond. I had to raise the case with PayPal to grab their attention. The first response that I received was from a person that did not know English well and did not understand what I am enquiring about. Later, they pretended to be friendly. Sent me the paperwork and told me that they are on the case. I sent the paperwork back with all possible evidence to support that: I was not at home, nobody was in, the signature was not mine and I have no idea who "received" the goods even that my name was used by the courier.

So far so good? Not a chance. For days there was no update around the case. I complained many times to the seller that according to the law my contract is with them and not the shipping company, that full responsibility for goods is with them until they will be delivered into my hands. The law is clear that the shipping company is working on behalf of the seller and I am not a participant in this procedure. Response? Please wait. Please wait and please wait.

The seller was notified that by selling goods to the UK he needs to comply with the UK and EU laws. The law is clear - "If your item wasn't delivered to the location you agreed, it's the seller's legal responsibility to sort out the issue." They also were not interested to send the good again, only for me to wait.

I was contacted by the shipping company and they confirmed that the signature was not mine. That should be enough for the seller to start formal processing with the shipping company. That did not happen.

30 days have passed. The seller ignored the Formal termination of the contract email which obliged them to issue an immediate refund. As you can see they are happy to break the law and do not care about it.

My bank is handling the complaint right now and my fight is far from over. Even when I will get my money back, I will pursue any possibility to get them fined or prosecuted as I strongly believe that every company that is breaking the law should be brought to justice. Avoid by any means!

Terrible company. Also Germany based

They use a .co.Uk misleading people into believing they are a Uk based company, in fact all orders are dispatched from Germany and take an extremely long time to arrive.

They do not respond to emails, however are very quick to respond to negative reviews left online. Blaming everything on COVID rather than admitting they are misleading customers into unknowingly use a German company.

Wrong Parts Supplied According To Registration

I should have read the reviews before ordering from "a foreign country"

Ordered a part using the registration number.

Part arrived and was 1mm thinner than original.

Returned part and the hassle trying to get compensation as the responsibility is passed back to the buyer.

Don't even believe it has been passed on the warranty people.

If this were based in the UK a far more professional approach would have been taken rather than saying I should have checked the EOM and VIN numbers first when their site does not have the facility to input those details, only registration number on compatible parts.

Wrong Products Sent, Now I Have To Wait To Get My Money.

I have ordered a suspension kit ESEN SKV 04SKV250 for my audi A6 C6 Avant and a week later I received another one STARK SKSSK-1600005, a kit that will never fit an Audi A6 because it is made for an Audi A4 and all the arms are shorter.

Even thou I told them on the phone about the mistake they still insist that they have sent me a correct replacement(I was never asked if I wanted a replacement) and now I have to wait for them to collect the items and inspect them before I can get my money back.

My biggest problem is that my mecanic had to cut some bolts in order to remove the old arms and now the car is stucked on his elevator and he is charging me for this.

Don't ever use this website if you value your car, they don't even know what they are selling.
