If You're Looking For A Mp3 Player That Plays Nice
If you're looking for a MP3 player that plays nice music then this gadget is for you. What I don't like about it was the interface and buttons are quite annoying. The battery life is also very mediocre.
It's performance was slow and sometimes freezes. Try something else.

Whilst This Creative Zen 4gb Was A Bargain At &pou
Whilst this Creative Zen 4GB was a bargain at £40 a year ago. I still think my Samsung S3 has a better sound.
I had to return it for repair a week before the warranty expired and to be fair they did send a replacement.
BUT I noticed that a few reviewers have had the same locking up and dying problem. So on reflection Don't bother with this Mp3 player.
It just shows that we all need to checkout the reviews first Eh!

.this Review Is Basically Based On My Experie
.This review is basically based on my experiences, I ' ve made, by testing a sample I lent from a classmate. Thus meaning, it is possible that I missed to mention a couple of important features. The Creative Zen Stone is designed pretty much straight forward. I wouldn ' t say it ' s unattractive, but neither would it win an award for being the most beautiful mp3. Anyways, on the top of it, you will find a small display, providing the user with the most important information ' s. Just, in advance, but using the navigation isn ' t that easy. De facto, it is more difficult than you could imagine. At least, I had to check the manual a couple of times. However, as mentioned the navigation isn ' t the easiest one, I ' ve used to far. Another issue the user might face is the fact, that the sound quality is only ' average '. .Particularly this result is based on the default ear buds, which are available in the boxing. I guess the quality will be essentially better with good ear-buds.However, If you ' re looking for a compact device, which provides you with maximum mobility the Creative Zen Stone will be a good choice for you to go, else, or if you are looking for a MP3-device with a larger screen, you ' d better look for alternative products from Samsung or Apple. The YP-P3 from Samsung, as well as the competitors offering full-touch browsing will be a good alternatives to go.

I Bought The Zen 4gb As A Replacement For An Old 5
I bought the Zen 4GB as a replacement for an old 512MB MP3 player which cost almost as much as I paid for the Zen ( £50), so this was a big update for me.Though not massive by todays standards the Zen's 4GB is enough to store a good few hundred pictures, music tracks and 10s of videos at the same time, but for those who want more storage, the Zen fortunately comes in other sizes (up to 32GB) and an SD memory card slot to exapand its capacity (though doiing so means messing about with importing options). The menus are easy to navigate through and the music player has the usual music sorting options- by artist, album, genre etc. Another play feautre is "Album of the day" which plays a random album at the touch of a button- not an amazing option but it's useful. The screen, it doesn't have the best clarity and contrast but given the size of it (2.5 inches) you wouldn't expect much more and videos play back nicely.Sound quality is good, but is best enjoyed with pretty much any headphones that aren't the ones supplied.

I Brought This Mp3, As I Wanted Something A Bit Mo
I brought this MP3, as I wanted something a bit more different than the usual Apple chain gang.
Initially I am pleased with it. The operation is ok, though the instructions could be a bit better. It takes a bit of time to get used too. For example deleting a song and putting them into category's I didn't find easy.
Also if you are plugging this via a car head unit, (instead of earphones) you will have to have the volume at full whack to get anything out. Hence drains the battery a lot more quicker. I don't rate the battery life anyway, 15 hours Creative quote, I never got that!
The biggest bug bear I have with it and reason why I won;t recommend it to people I like. The unit freezes too much in my opinion. OK you have a reset button, though you require something very thin and pointy. For example a cocktail stick or as I use a unbent paper clip into a small point. These do unlock it but not much use as in my position the other day in a car and miles from home, so had no music for hours. I now keep the unfolded paper clip in the glove box.
All in all not a bad attempt from Creative to take on the Apple. Though I strongly recommend daily use. If you don't use it for a couple of days here and there, start reaching for that reset button!
One more thing I forgot to add. Hardly none of the buttons are illuminated. If you want to use it raise volume/program it in dark conditions, you will be pushing all the wrong buttons!
Sound Quality On The Creative Zen 4gb Is Amazing.
Sound quality on the Creative Zen 4GB is amazing. Ease of access and transferring music and films is so simple unlike Ipod it accepts a large range of software. Sound excellent ,video quality is amazing.

The Creative Zen 4gb Is A Nice Looking Mp3 Player
The Creative Zen 4GB is a nice looking MP3 player with a clear and bright screen. I have the Poorer 2GB version, but as it has is takes SD cards I can upgrade in with an 8 GB card giving 10GB which is more than enough. The creative Zen lets you navigate through your songs easily, although a frustrating part is trying to access the graphic equaliser while playing a song, there is no quick link to do it in one press of a button. The video playback is clear, although a build in speaker would have been nice.Play lists have to be created on you PC as opposed to on the Zen itself, and the process is frustrating.Overall it was a low cost MPS player 50 cheaper than the iPod Nano and its expandable. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for this sort of MP3 player on a budget.
