Volvo Car Insurance

Had a minor no fault accident a week last monday. Took them 3 days to get it in for repair and even then that was after I complained that the original schedule was over a week.

They've now had it over two weeks and there's a very slim chance of getting it back next week. It should not take 3 weeks to change a bumper.

I have to deal with an external claims management company who kept promising to call me back then didn't bother.
