I've been using this company for about five years, and their hampers are always fantastic. I can happily send presents to far-flung relatives, knowing that they would be just as good as the picture. Still prompt service and responses to queries. Actual hampers are much superior to the regular large department store hampers in terms of quality, value, and personalization. I would strongly suggest it.

Placed order on the 1st April to be delivered on the Friday by Royal Mail who apparently do not deliver on Bank holidays or weekends, Hampergifts emailed me to offer the Thursday delivery without explaining the reason, tried to contact them when the order wasn't delivered but they were closed throughout the Easter holidays even though they sell hampers.

They contacted me on the Tuesdays to ask if I wanted the order delivered, I did and it arrived the next day, 7 days after the order was placed.

As for the chocolate, NOT a great quality.

I contacted them in regards to their communications skills.

I received the golden tower delux as a gift. Whilst the packaging was impressive the contents inside were nothing but awful. I would estimate that the contents inside would cost approximately 10 pounds, if that. Poor quality chocolates which had already started to get a white glaze as if they were years old. The flapjack said use by March 2015 (whilst the label on the outside packaging said use by May 2015). The boxes themselves although looking good also smelt damp. You could easily buy the boxes and ribbon yourself and fill them with luxurious items rather than the rubbish provided here.

For Christmas we ordered a luxury food tower as a special thank you for a friend who has helped us out in very difficult family circumstances. We were disappointed when it transpired a much smaller hamper had arrived for them. Although this was a mistake made by hampergifts, we called the company straightaway and they were very professional, polite and apologetic and sent the right gift as a priority. Mistakes do sometimes happen and it was refreshing to deal with a company which genuinely seems to care about the customer. Now the right hamper has arrived our friend is delighted!

I ordered a tower hamper and was very pleased with it when it arrived. Beautifully presented and arrived on the date requested. Everyone was amazed with the hamper and I have re-ordered on another occasion and received the same excellent service.

The website is very easy to use and intuitive.

What i really like is that at every step in hte process you are sent a mail to let you know what is happenning, so no guesswork.

The staff are very attentive and get back to you on queries very fast.
