Don't deal with Yeego.

I was due for a refund. the hotel is willing to give and they have contacted Yeego,

Yeego doesn't want to reply to my emails or the hotels emails.

There is no customer service.

I made a booking for a hotel in dubai on 19 may, got confirmation instantly, after a day later I got a call with one rude man saying that your booking has been cancelled because this price is not applicable in your area, he was so rude that when I told him that this will effect the picture of the website but he told that he don't care and you can do whatever you want to do. Im very upset.

I booked 2 hotels through yeego separately and the website charged my credit card. But the hotels weren't paid and cancelled the reservations. BEWARE They are the worst!

I first discovered Yeego when i moved to London (Australian), where i found prices for five star hotels were significantly lower than any other travel sites. Time and time again, sites i previously used (e.g booking.com) didn't compare. I must say i was apprehensive in the beginning as the saying goes 'if it's too good to be true, it's probably not'. Despite this, i went ahead and booked and everything went smoothly without a hitch. I have booked so many luxury hotels like Sofitel (my favourite chain) at prices of three-four star hotels. I'm not sure how they negotiate such low rates but it's real.

One thing to note however, is that their influence is only starting to stretch to the Asian regions. Since returning to Australia, i've found that i now use a combination of Agoda and Yeego. Agoda has been around for a while in this region so their rates are still very competitive. However, that being said, i just booked my weekend to Sydney with Yeego and happy to say i got a suite at the Sheraton for A$298 a night. Quite unbelievable really, as i just called Sheraton directly myself and the best rate per night they could offer for that same room was $700/night.

After being a loyal customer for quite some time, i was invited to join their private travel site (which has even better rates than Yeego - don't know how they do it), called myprivatetravel.com but you need to be invited by a member or by Yeego to join.

Overall, i think this business deserves a good pat on the back. The only gripe i have sometimes is that their room descriptions sometimes are a bit confusing e.g. Club room - room only (although access to club floors will give you a free breakfast anyway).

I have use them for years and saved myself a lot over the years. I always check their rates anytime I travel and 80% of the time they beat everyone else. I have had one problem with a booking I made with them but it was rectified quickly. Its nice to get personal and fast responses. Will keep using them as long as they don't change

I booked hotel through them for the fist time for New Year 2013 in Brussels and was also dubious so rang hotel direct next day and they confirmd my 6 day reservation.Yeego also give you choice of whether you would like to pay upfront or 15 days before travel which is very unusual. I opted for the latter and true to their word they deducted the full amount then and confirmed by email (my bank statement confirmed this) They also give you 3% off of your next booking with them which in my case amounts to 12e so I am one happy Yeego customer !

Booked hotels through Yeego for several years now across multiple European countries. Quite a substantial choice of hotels with customer reviews comes very handy when booking for the first time. Never had a single problem, the prices were really competitive and the whole process was as swift as it can be.

What I really like about Yeego is that cancellation policy is laid out really clearly before the booking is made, so that there are no hidden surprises after.

Their customer support so far has been very helpful too. It was not a problem to re-book hotel, after I have overbooked it by one day through a mistake. The cancellation fee was waived the same day (big thanks to Mr. Serdar T.)

I will definitely use it again and recommend it to others.

It's impossible to change the date for your booking Tthe hotel was ok to change the booking for one day ealier , but not the agent " Yeego " .

I have contacted by email in to 2 cases: no results , only a symbolic answer

Yeego charged my credit card of 105 € : they are crocks !!

Now I book by the web agent Booking !!
