Refund!
Returned my tickets for a cancelled Wailers fig in Sheffield back in November. Still not received the refund! Not had the courtesy of a reply to any emails either but I guess my tickets were sold on to make even more money for these dogs!
Disgusted
I spent £150 on two tickets for a show, the tickets arrived the day after the event.
On the day i went to the box office hoping that i could get my tickets there but you couldn't do that so i went all the way home.
I then learned that i could not get my money refunded. I am absolutely appalled with Ticket Web and will tell everyone about this.

Don't expect to see your tickets in the mail!! They will "have you pick them up at the window" so they can save the shipping fees!! They NEVERRRR expected to send them, even though they have you call everyday to see if they've been shipped!! WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER TICKET-WEB SPONSORED EVENT!!!!
Terrible Experience
Horrible experience with this company. After raising my complaint with the customer service line for 25 minutes, the service rep said she would transfer it to the right department. I got a robo email almost immediately that all sales were final. I wasn't even asking for a ticket refund. Did they even read my complaint? I was looking for a small discount on the 20% service fee they charged me since I ended up buying an extra ticket. Long story short...terrible service and response. Even if you have a good experience with them on some occasion, just wait, you'll eventually have a terrible experience.

This is not a review but a pre review.
We are having serious thoughts and concerns about the purchase for our Travis tickets.
1. The cost ...Ticket face value £28.50 per ticket.... we have been charged £46.20. Please explain this to me.
2. The name on the ticket....You state this makes no difference, I really hope it does not as otherwise I will be taking this further. Can you guarantee we will gain access into the venue on the night of the concert we have paid for?
3. I purchased the tickets from TicketWeb so when did GET ME IN enter in the equation? This was not mentioned at any stage during the purchase procedure. More importantly, it was not made apparent that almost double the original purchase price was your charge per ticket.
Shame on you as a company. You really need to review your practice.
Having voiced my opinion, I am going to go to the Shepherds Bush Empire on the 9th May 2016 in the hope of seeing Travis in concert. I trust you will guarantee this will be the case and that my tickets are honest and valid despite being severely overpriced.
I do expect a reply to this email as soon as possible please.

Start time on concert ticket clearly showed 7. Doors didn't open til 7:10. Is it too much to ask that, on paying for a service, accuracy in information is provided. Careless practise meant a lot of people standing around for up to an hour in the cold. Is it too much to ask that the words doors open are added

A Very Poor Service.
Tried twice by phone. cut off but charged premium rate. When I got through kept waiting and, 4 days later no ticket despite the promise of an email that day. AVOID THIS COMPANY. A RIP OFF

Does This Company Exist
still waiting for my Peter Hook tickets x 4 in 2 weeks time, booked them as a surprise for my husbands 50th. Tickets not arrived as yet, tried to ring customer service, but no reply, just keeps ringing and ringing. Emailed customer service 1 week ago, and was promised a reply within 72 hours, still no reply , emailed at least 5 times now, just keep getting ignored. Regret ever using this ticket service, NEVER AGAIN

Bought tickets for a concert with ticketweb. The concert got canceled, they refund just part of the ticket due to print and post service. What a joke! I will never use them again. RUBBISH

I booked tickets over two weeks ago to see James Bay in September for my sisters birthday. They haven't arrived yet and the confirmation said they should arrive within 14 days or a few days before the event. After reading all these reviews about Ticket Web and how tickets are never delivered and people are being ripped off I'm so worried I'm not going to receive my tickets when I've paid £50 and I'm desperate to see the concert. I've also heard they're impossible to get hold of. Should I wait until nearer the event or get onto them now to save stress later?
I kept contacting them. Had most success through Facebook. In the end I got the tickets - had to pick them up at the venue on the day. Would never book with them again. Good luck
Is it normal to ask for photo of credit card showing last for digit & valid Id with photo to confirm identity of buyer?
That is definitely not something I would ever provide to anyone.
