Good Experience

We used Springboard Vacations for the Australian Open Tennis Tournament. They were an authorized operator and were able to bundle the tickets with our trip. The seats were all excellent and in the shade of Rod Laver which is very important in the region. I dont think they can guarantee this but in our case it happened to be the case.

They also booked are airfare and hotels. I was very involved in the choosing of the hotels and activities so I was not surprised by any thing that was booked. I would always recommend that you research the hotels suggested and excusions and make your choice known if you want it altered. Springboard handled our trip and made all the changes I requested and everything went like clockwork.

I would not hesitate in using them again for an Australian Trip that included the Australian Open!

We Booked A 12 Day Trip To Australia In Summer 200

We booked a 12 day trip to Australia in summer 2009. Tammy Lindsey was very efficient and helpful and we had a great vacation. We went to Sydney and Cairns and she answered all questions, helped us with tours and it was one of our best vacations ever. We would not hesitate to use Springboard Vacations again!

Beware If Your Agent Uses Springboard. Our Travel

Beware if your agent uses Springboard. Our travel agent told us that she was booking through Springboard to get us the best possible service at the best price. Wish it were so. Instead of the Daintree tour we requested because we had been diving and could no go above 1,000 feet for 24 hours after, Springboard booked us on a tour of the Atherton Tablelands, despite several conversations about our altitude restrictions. When confronted about the mistake, Springboard said the booking agent had, "misclicked" and refunded us $50 (of a $250 per person tour) for the life-threatening "inconvenience." Springboard also had us purchase airline tickets despite their being included in a package we had purchased.
