This Ties In With 4seasons Wine Club. Its A Mail

This ties in with 4seasons wine club. Its a mail order wine club that sends out numerous fliers through the mail. DON'T fall for it. I ordered the intro special which was supposed to be 15 bottles, well when it arrived it was 3 bottles short. It is impossible to get through to their customer service, I tried all day on Saturday. As of today I still have not received even as much as an automated response from the provided email on the website. Like I said, don't fall for it, you will be sorry.......Jason

I Joined 4 Seasons Wines Because I Wanted To Have

I joined 4 Seasons Wines because I wanted to have a selection of wine on hand for dinners and guests and was particularly interested in the tasting notes that accompanied each case.

Although the wines themselves were reasonably good my experience has been that 4 Seasons routinely substitutes wines and does not send the corresponding tasting notes. In fact, my second case contained none of the wines that were previewed and tasting notes for only four of the selections.

The customer service representatives were always pleasant and quick to offer a discount but never followed through on my request for the correct tasting notes. Despite 6 calls over the past 3 months I still have not received them so have decided to cancel my membership.

You Can Skip Deliveries And Stay A Member. There

You can skip deliveries and stay a member. There is no requirement to get every quarterly delivery. We have called a couple of times when a wine was substituted to inquire as to why. On one ocasion, we stated that we were disappointed that a couple of bottles that were substituted were a sweet dessert wine that we do not enjoy drinking. The woman we spoke to offered, with no prompting, to credit our account for those three bottles.

I Have Recieved Numerous Cases, And Special Cases,

I have recieved numerous cases, and special cases, 90% of the wines have been great, the occaisional one bad bottle I did not enjoy due to the bold flavor, I use for cooking. I order reds solely and have found them to be compairable with those I select and read about in Wine Spectator. I am not familiar with the whiles selection as I do not drink whites. I have found a number that are excellent and have found at local wine shops.

The wine has been reasonably priced and reasonably good. I've asked to return cases twice because of my mistakes and each time the response was cordial and the return was efficient.

We Received The Variety Box From 4 Seasons On Our

We received the variety box from 4 Seasons on our intro offer and we did not like any of them. So when we called and said we like the white wines they sent us 12 that were the worst wines we had ever tasted. When I called to return the order the employee seemed very rude to me and said Just KEEP them. I will credit you! So after I got my refund we called and cancelled the club. Never again.
