Still Awaiting Refund!

I've been a wilko customer for years & I've had problems with my last 2 online orders where I've placed my order & they've taken not just the purchase amount but once I checked my online banking wilko had taken another payment which was unauthorised.This happened to my previous order where I was charged 3 times for 1 order,I'm still awaiting my refund after providing wilko with all the info from my bank.ive sent numerous email with no reply,I've made countless phone calls only to be told it's in a queue smd will be dealt with but still I've had no refund,furthermore i won't be shopping online again at wilko I don't trust that website & furthermore I've noticed this past 6 months the delivery service is awful not to mention the customer care,other stores deal with refunds & queries quickly so why aren't wilko? They have stores all around the country but slowly & surely they are gaining a bad reputation yet there motto is a family orientated store? Wilko taking this money out of my account has caused me so much stress,nearly £100 was taken & it's money I couldn't afford as I have direct debits coming out but it's been me who's got behind with my bills because of is,really isn't fair.

I also had Wilko take an unauthorised payment of £104 from my bank account, this was completely separate to an online order I placed for £62.

It took several attempts to receive a response. The amount was refunded, but no explanation as to how it happened was given.

Wilko now has my bank card details, and my concern is that if they can make an unauthorised deduction once, there is nothing in place to prevent them doing it again.

Delay In Delivery

I've been awaiting delivery for 2 weeks,it says on my account that my order is still being processed,I've contacted wilko via email,Twitter,facebook & customer care but still I've had no reply & I have no idea when my order will be dispatched yet wilko took my money straight away,a statement was issued in the contact us part of the website,saying sorry for thr delay but the issues have been sorted.This not good enough,wilko are still taking orders even though there is a backlog of orders since August!It's made me think twice now about using this company now & in future I will shop elsewhere,wilko this is appalling how you've treated customers,I've seen the hundreds of complaints on Facebook and Twitter & the lack of communication is dreadful & bad customer care.i would liked to of known that there was a delay when I originally placed my order! I received an email saying it would be 3-4 days so i had no reason to think otherwise but here we are 2 weeks later & I still don't know when my items will be dispatched! The products I ordered was 2 light shades to which was looking forward to putting these up after decorating,it's so frustrating!

Avoid Their Delivery Service - Useless!

Placed an order 10 days ago for delivery to local store and order stated 48 hour delivery. Still no sign of it anywhere or any communication whatsoever from them and they ignore emails and dont answer the phone.

First & last time I place an order with them. A truly shocking service.

AVOID!

EDIT: 1 week later and still no sign of what I ordered. Took my money instantly of course. Going to have to do a chargeback with my bank now!

Pillows

I brought two pillows from your Store in Skegness ,I washed them just the once and they have got out of shape.No good at all .I do not have a reciet,thought they would ok. not very happy need to buy two more.Wilko pillow cover 1000 polyester and filling Polyester not happy

Absolutely Shocking!

Paid £8 for next day delivery and it's now been 6 days and still received nothing, customer service are a joke been no help whatsoever. Having to claim refund through PayPal. Avoid at all costs!!

Photo Paper

Have recently bought some of your 6x4 Glossy Photo Paper which I found very good in quality, but would you please instruct your supplier to cut it to the size stated as I find that is 1/10 inch short on both sides which makes it non compatible to printing correctly on my Epson Printer without going into se tup each time I want to print.

Poor Quality Shed

Bought shed in April and have been chasing them for refund since as it has all warped and some of wood shrank told I would get refund upon collection of the shed..was ment to get it uplifted on 7/8/14. But nobody turned up ..phoned and was told they don't no what happened and need to wait to they contact there suppliers, .. I would seriously go elsewhere, service is utter useless.

Disappointment With Service

I've been shopping in the Epsom Branch ever since it opened and I've always enjoyed the experience. That's why I've given an overall rating of five stars. However, today I brought three metres of different coloured flex. I asked for help with this and the assistant was very helpful. However, when I went downstairs to pay, the assistant (different from the first) asked me how much the flex cost. I told her I didn't know. I offered to go upstairs to check but asked if there was anybody available to go and check for me. Somebody was found. This lady returned and told me, in no uncertain terms "She said she told you it was 35 pence per metre". This was said in a very "snappy",disrespectful way. I said that a record of the different flex prices should be kept with the cashier. It should not be the responsibility of the customer to remember the prices of goods. Incidentally, I could have been unscrupulous and given a fictitious, much lower figure. To compound the matter,one of next items I wanted to buy (a light switch) was found not to have a bar code. The cashier said that if I wanted to buy this item she would have to go upstairs and check the price and the queue was building up. I agreed not to buy the item but pointed out that it was not my fault the item was minus its bar code. The customer behind me advised me to "Get on to the website and make a complaint. I think it's wrong". I didn't want to make this a public complaint because I've never experienced anything like this in Wilkinson's before, nor have I witnessed anyone else being mistreated. However, I couldn't find a suitable website to make contact privately. I did, however, feel I was being blamed for a situation that wasn't my fault and neither of the assistants seemed to be at all apologetic and seemed to feel I should feel remorseful for inconveniencing them. Apart from this, I love the store and will continue to shop there.

Delivery To Home Is Pointless

I ordered a table, parasol & six chairs on the Saturday for a get together in my garden the following Saturday. It was the 3-4 working day delivery. I got a text from wilko that afternoon saying my order had been processed and sent to the courier for delivery on wednesday. The delivery times are 8am-6pm, so I took a day off work and waited in for them! Come half 5 there's still no sign and I'm becoming a little suspicious! I phoned wilko and they checked the whereabouts of my order with the courier 'night freight'. Guess what, even though I received a text from them saying that it was due today, seems that the courier thinks the delivery date is tomorrow! What a shock! More like they forgot to load it on the lorry!!!!!! I couldn't take another day off work anytime soon, so i asked if they could deliver to my place of work between 8am-3:30pm; they said no, they can't give set times.! Waste of time, I have asked for a full refund and am going to complain too. Will never order anything from wilko that involves home delivery! Best bet for anyone else would be to get delivered in store then waste a days leave! They have lost my custom - no help whats so ever! Now I have no table or chairs for this Saturday and have had to postpone! Thanks very much wilko!

Chrome Towel Rail

I recently bought a modern bowed chrome towel rail and within a few days it fell off several times without the slightest touch. The item looked great but I fear the design needs to be changed as there is only one small screw, possible less than half an inch, to hold it together.

I loved the design and felt it would look nice in the bathroom as it had had a makeover.

Other than drilling the plate and putting larger screws in it there will be no way to solve the problem.

There wasn't anything about the rail that I could see when I purchased it to indicate what happened. Maybe the holding plate and the dasign overall requires changing.

The cost was £8+.

Any suggestions
