Poor Customer Relations
Poor customer relations and don't even offer refunds! I understand it's not a law to offer refunds but most shops do as a means to keep up customer relations which is why I won't be buying from here again. The staff also are quite poor in assisting customers.

Usually order online but was in edinburgh and went into shop in there. Was treating my son to some new clothes, staff followed us around which was totally embarrasing and put me off from shopping in there, i did purchase 2 tops but had wanted to buy a new jacket and few more things for him, I do know staff have to make sure there are people who don't shoplift, but to make it obvious and nearly stand beside us walking around , if I needed help I could have asked. And I would have seen point as well if we would have walked in like scruffs but wearing clothes from this shop doesn't look too great.It's a shame I would like to have went in and looked around more for birthdays, Christmas's or just to have look around when up town but don't think I'll be back.

Very Disappointed By The Poor Customer Service I Was Given
Popped into this store as there was a top I fancied which cost an arm and a leg in itself, I asked if I could try it on and Ia was given a dirty look by e sales assistant, the attitude was appealing and there was sniggering under his breathe. So put off by this that I will never shop here again as I was actually a regular customer.

Best Value Fastest Service
I purchased a women's Barbour jacket - absolutely genuine article - at the lowest price anywhere. I ordered on Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday. The online information stated it was in stock and that was the case.
I was sent a tracking number for Parcelforce so knew when it was on its way. I cannot fault the service and excellent value from this company and I do not hesitate to recommend their online service unreservedly.

100 % Better Than Expected!
After reading several fairly negative reviews I was very wary of this website however they were showing a sweater in stock in a colour that I couldn't find anywhere else. I crossed my fingers and went for it anyway....
I emailed a query straight after order and was replied to within 1 hour, I had a voucher which knocked £20 off the bill, I took delivery 22 hours after order (I only paid for standard postage!)and the item was in tip top Lyle and Scott condition.
What more can a customer ask for?

I ordered a pair of jeans from www.xileclothing.com in the size I required and, according to the website, this item was in stock. Two days later I received an e-mail stating the item is now out of stock. Sent 1 of 2 items without contact if i was you just don't buy from this site as the items are never in stock as not updated as often

My Son Ordered This Item More Than Two Weeks Ago A
My son ordered this item more than two weeks ago and despite receiving an email to notify us that the goods have been despatched, we have not received any further update - or the goods!!
I have emailed the company to advise of the non-delivery, however the responsiblity clearly lies with them to follow up(as they have already taken my money).
Not the best WEB experience I've had!
