A Company You Can’t Rely On
I ordered a tyre on Tuesday night online for fitment on Friday, I contacted the contracted company that fits the tyre in the area on Friday afternoon and they said they haven’t received the tyre yet, I then contacted etyres only to find out the tyre now wouldn’t arrive with the fitter until the following Monday, I explained that I was over 300 miles away from home and due to leave the following day, the response was that they are unable to help, asked to speak to a manager and they refused to let me. I asked for a refund and I got told it would take up to 6 working days which isn’t great having to pay out twice for a tyre as they let me down to then wait to get the money back from them, they get the money from me instantly but they can’t return it instantly? I then contacted the local tyre fitter directly again who went out of there way to help me and sourced a tyre the same day and moved things around to get it fitted as the first job on on the Saturday morning. Overall I would never recommend using etyres as you can’t rely on them, stick to using local services as they work out a lot better than big firms who don’t care and have no customer care.

Absolutely Shocking Customer Service
I ordered 3 tyres 3 weeks ago, they took my money and only 2 tyres arrived. I've emailed several times, called and spoken to them yesterday and was told the tyre would arrive by 5pm. It did not arrive. I called them again today and waited 24 minutes but no one answered so gave up. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs!

Abysmal Service. Avoid At All Cost
It is with a lot of disappointment that I'd like to make a serious complaint against your organisation. You were supposed to deliver 4 tyres for me on Saturday 16th March to Trade Tyres. I ordered these tyres on Thursday 14th March. I even spoke to one of your customer representatives on chat who confirmed that all four tyres would be delivered on time.
However, when I got to Trade Tyres on Saturday morning. I was informed that only three tyres had been delivered and the 4th one would be delivered on Monday. This was unacceptable as I was away for two weeks starting Monday and wanted to get the tyres on my car changed before I left. As you can see, this has put me in a serious predicament. I am unbelievably inconvenienced due to the incompetence shown by you.
I called one of your customer service representatives who said that the only thing they can do is offer a refund. A refund is irrelevant at this point. What I'm looking for is compensation. I need to be compensated for the difficult situation and circumstances you have put me through. Please take this as a formal notice of a complaint against you.
I will be raising this with my bank. I will be writing negative reviews about you. I will do everything in my power to let other people know that you are not to be trusted. Your customer service, your delivery, your actual service has been way below any sort of acceptable standard. You have messed the customer around. You have promised him a service that you have not been able to deliver. You have missed your deadline.
And then to top it all off, you have not been able to make that right in any way. You are not an organisation that people can take seriously. And I will make sure that I advertised that. I am so disappointed that I put my faith in you and I will never again attempt such a thing.

Appalling Experience, Avoid By All Costs!!!
Very bad experience. Avoid by any costs! Placed an order on Black Friday, Monday they cancelled the order as no stock, despite that online the stock was available when order was placed. Now I have to wait 1 WEEK for my money to be refunded. Customer service experience extremely bad!!! Avoid them!

DON'T USE! DOES NOT DELIVER BUT WILL STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.
They accepted and took my order and money, however when I turned up at my selected garage the tyres where not there. There is zero ability to contact etyres to see progress and they do not contact you to let to know if your order might be late.
Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company!

£229 Just Disappeared
I bought one trye from etyres, and selected the closest fitter that was recommended by them. When I had the tyre fitted, after driving the car for a few hundred meters, an unusual noise started coming from the recently changed tyre. The fitter told me that the tyre was faulty. Etyres arranged the tyre to be sent to the manufacturer for a fault check. The result came in 2 months claiming that there is no fault in the tyre. Now, there is a tyre somewhere, not being shipped back to my address. I am not being refunded. I had to buy another tyre as I needed to replace a flat tyre. Horrible customer service. The only solution they offered was to dispose the tyre for me. I paid more than £200 for a tyre that I cannot use. Will never shop from etyres again. I do not recommend etyres.

Useless - Best Avoid.
Ordered tyres 7 days in advance. Spent 45 minutes at the garage looking for tyres. Called E-Tyres. Very unhelpful, no idea where the tyres were, reluctant apology. Don't waste your time.

Ordered My Tyre On Line, Turned Up At The Shop At
Ordered my tyre on line, turned up at the shop at the scheduled time and sure enough, Etyres hadn't delivered. Phoned the contact number and sat on hold for 35 mins when the average wait time was supposed to be 6. The incompetent person on the other end hadn't seemed to grasp how to operate a computer, had a melt down, took my number and said they would call back. No return call so I phoned back and they had packed up and gone home. With it being a Bank Holiday weekend, I'm now screwed for my MOT on Tuesday morning.

Booked engineer day before, office called to say engineer would be with me 11am . 11am on the dot engineer arrived. Very friendly and knowledgeable engineer. 20 minutes later job completed. You could not ask for better service.
