We booked an all inclusive (flights, transfers and hotel accommodation) for £5,800 for a family of 4 for 11 nights in August 2023 with eShores.

The majority of the experience was fine with the exception of one particular property in Santorini

which was completely unsuitable, noisy, had insufficient beds, and smelt like a sewer. Most distressing was that my wife who sat in the bed was covered in insect bites. After a complaint to eShores they told me to speak to the receptionist. We returned to the hotel to do so and were guaranteed a refund. The owner then appeared on the scene and because threatening and refused to refund me. We left as I was shaken by the experience as was my family.

We had no alternative but to leave the hotel as we felt threatened by the owner had to find and book and pay for the accommodation at an alternative property ourselves. We have never been reimbursed for the €1,400 for that nor any refund from the Ambience Suites Hotel.

As a hotelier with over 30 years as a General Manager in luxury properties around the world I am utterly disgusted and appalled by the lack of support from eShores and I will never use them again.


After sending a complaint to the eShores team, and receiving a bad excuse of an apology 28 days later; I feel in the future I will do all the bookings myself.

Where they may claim to take care of every detail, and that the customer comes first, I just don’t believe it having experienced this.

I would like to thank Eshores for organising a fantastic 9 day holiday to Athens , Santorini and Mykonos. The logistics was fantastic as was the locations of the hotels thank you.

The person I dealt with is one HELL of a trip organiser. 1st was a wonderful and enjoyable trip to Aus and New Zealand. 2nd was a very busy enjoyable trip to India's golden triangle plus safari to see tigers and sloth bears and then to top it all off was a very relaxing beach break/holiday in Goa. The person I dealt with has organised for us a three week holiday to Hawaiin Islands and a week in San Francisco for our 25th wedding anniversari ( hope we get upgraded on flights to at least business clas. SEE WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE.). This person has also organised a 4 night break for both myself an Son for his 21st Birthday ( come on tables and bandits). It was brought to my attention by my daughter

that I did not give her a holiday for her 21st (now 23 and a half, so she has organised a4 day trip to Boston USA

for both my Wife and Daughter for the same time as Me. With all she has achieved with the past holidays(BRILL) these should be no different. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. 

The advice I received when planning the itinerary was excellent and enabled me to book a varied, exciting tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos with great accommodation throughout.

We booked with this company. I was taken I’ll before we could go on the holiday. We had paid over 5000 deposit when we had to cancel they refused to return any of the money insisting they had booked the journey. Gave us 500 as a goodwill gesture . Shameless company I would never deal with then again

We got a great deal, much cheaper than other agents on the market.

The actual honeymoon was a dream come true, a perfect mixture of adventure and luxury. The hotels recommend by the agents were perfect, we could not have asked for better. Private transfers were organized from the different hotels and to and from the airport, this definitely made our trip much more enjoyable. We also got a lounge at Heathrow on recommendation by the agent which was great and started our holiday off perfectly.

I would definite use again and recommend to my friends and family.

I was looking for a price for a holiday that i intended to book to ocho rios, jamaica. By chance through google i found eshores, i had never dealt with them before. I phoned and was looked after by the person i dealt with who was extremely polite and courteous. She gave me all the time that i needed. Answered all my questions and came back to me with a very reasonable quote for the hotel that i was interested in. I had intended to shop around but because of the great service i just placed my booking there and then. Thanks once again to the person i dealt with.

My partner and I had a fantastic time travelling from Cape Town along the garden route to Knysna and back to Stellenbosch. Eshores picked some excellent hotels for us, all of which were in top locations. Personal highlight was Spier Stellenbosch, a beautiful estate in the winelands. Cape Heritage in Cape Town is really unique and we enjoyed the family feeling. Protea Knysna is in a top location right at the waterfront, offering a great selection of restaurants and bars. All hotels were great quality and there was nothing to criticise.

Everything was well organised, on time, and exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely book with eshores again.

My husband and I recently got back from our honeymoon to Las Vegas and Mexico all coordinated by eShores and we couldn't have asked for a better service!

Everything ran extremely smoothly from booking the holiday to when we (unfortunately!)had to fly home! I'll definitely be using these guys again. The price for our holiday was the best we could find by far and we didn't have to compromise on anything we wanted. Even when our internal US flights were cancelled the team were extremely quick to get this sorted for us and kept me up to date every step of the way - even picking up the difference in the cost of the flights!

The guys were always on hand to answer any questions I had regarding my booking or the trip in general, it's a really personal and genuine service they offered throughout!
