Poor Item Even Poorer Customer Support
Had a Calmag mini water softener fitted in October 2017 and it's never worked correctly only thing pooer than the Calmag Mini is Calmag the company They wouldn't even supply a £3.88 test kit so I could continue to monitor the unit our appliances are now suffering limescale due to none functioning water Softener Asked for them to send out an engineer as the unit was under warranty with a lot of conversations a couple of weeks later they informed me the earliest they could send out an engineer was at least four weeks away. My advice don't go near this company or its products or you will regret it
