why was my query not answer months ago

I had once paid them to top up my phone immediately. However, even after 4 hours I didn’t receive credit. When I inquired about my top up, they forwarded my call from one to another, even without having the slightest intention of repaying me.

I've TOPUP my mum number overseas for an emergency reason , they deduct money from the bank and they didn't TOPUP at all now almost three days , when I try to contact them it always goes to voicemail , I'm fed up with. Their service, I've email them as well , I didn't rece any answer , fake website , don't loose your money

PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THEM.......I registered and entered my details to buy £5 voucher nothing happened I didn't even get a pin I reported them to my bank who will carry out fraud inspection and hopefully I will get my money back. Digicalling card who the hell are you sad people get your "ass" off the fraud seat looks you're an indian or pakistani who are experts in this (not being racist here I am a pakistani my self unfortunately so I know the kind very well)

I paid £29.99 for a Lebara top up card with my Visa Debit card and went through the Verified by Visa process.

I got a message on the website that my order would be processed shortly and it wasnt.

When I went on to the customer support online chat they first tole me that they had to 'Verify me'.

When I told them I paid using the verified by Visa and asked what else there was to verify they just ignored me

i opened another chat windo and got a similar response, rfefused to give their postal address so that I could sue them for a refund and their refund policy slearly stastes thast topup vouchers are not refundable.

i want my voucher tonight, not in a few days time so it is no good to me if they give it at some point in the future.

i am going to report this to my bank as fraudulent.

All I can say is that this is a cheat website. I bought a calling card from them to speak to my family who are abroad but instead they issued me with a pin which is invalid. I am not sure how they manage to get away with this - it is really really sad.

I have been buying calling cards and vouchers from this website, to talk to my families who are distances away from me. I can only say it is a disgusting website TO CHEAT on people for buying calling vouchers that are not valid. I had an emergency call to make to my family and bought a voucher from their website and is invalid. I was able to chat with someone who requested i should contact the network provider. The network provider confirmed the pin was invalid and requested that the seller should re issue a new pin. Till date they never replied nor re issued a new pin nor refunded my money. They ve no contact no to speak with anyone. The online chat are made of bunch of idiots who cannot help you with any problem rather they will ask you to email support team or if urgent to buy another voucher from their website, which might be invalid again. You will never get any reply either from the support team. They are all frauds and never to deal with them.

You don't actually get the minutes shown on the websits. I've just bought a calling card as it showed i would get 196 minutes but as soon as i dialled the number it says you have 71 mins on the cards. Beware people. And the customer support people are not very helpful either... they would try their best not to give you the minutes back

I bought calling card and pin number doesn't work this company got worse customers services even they don't know how to talk to customers I said I ll complain n she said go tell to police or queen I don't afraid of them . This is the way to talk to customers .her name was kat . customers services representative of digicalling cards .
