Don’t Waste Your Time- Employee Review
Hands down the worst work environment I have had the misfortune to be a part of. Horrible management, no path for advancement or pay increase based on job performance, no sense of team, customer satisfaction takes a back seat, and if you don’t stay quiet and keep the inner circle happy you get pushed out! If you’re best mates with the management you can have extra days/time off, have access to company information that is outside of your job description and get away with bullying your teammates. If you are outside the circle and voice concerns you might have then you will be ridiculed, humiliated, and ultimately fired. The company has recently been taken over so maybe things will change but my time there was awful. I witnessed an intense bullying culture including direct trans-phobic remarks directed toward a fellow colleague, and I myself had an experience of s*xual harassment in front of my line manager and countless others which went unpunished. I was unjustly dismissed due to “things that had nothing to do with my work” according to the manager who told me to leave and he tried to trick me into signing something to not have to pay my notice period, as a direct order of one of the top three in the company. Take your money and service elsewhere.

Thank You White Arches Motorhomes
We have just purchased our second Motorhome from White Arches Motorhomes and on both occasions the process has been fast, informative and an enjoyable experience.
A member of staff showed us around the motorhome and explained where everything was and how it worked, we made our mind up almost immediately, went through the part exchange price offer and finance options and then two weeks later collected our motorhome.
Really happy with the relaxed professional service that we received from the member of staff and the team at White Aches answering our questions and leaving us to spend time looking around at our leisure.
The after sales support is good as well with the one minor issue (puncture repair kit related) being fixed immediately.

Staff Nit Interested No Customer Service
Called twice to speak to someone on sales team to be told i would be called back which never happened. Finally purchased a caravan elsewhere. Been into the shop 3 times for accessories and found the staff unwilling to help or offer any advice. When i asked for help all the staff put their heads down to avoid eye contact. How can this business survive when they treat customers in this manner
Shocking Service How Do They Manage To Sell Caravans !
I have been trying to get a quote for a new caravan. I rang on Tuesday 4th May, was told everyone was busy so left name and contact number, was told they would call me back. Nothing !!! Called again Thursday 6th and asked to speak to a Sales Manager, same story, said someone would call me back. No call back I was looking to buy a £30000 caravan but not now. I suggest Coachman Caravans review their association with this dealership as it falls well short of my expectations.
Visit To White Arches Motorhomes
I was interested in the new Autotrail Expedition campervan, and as White Arches Motorhomes were advertising them for sale on their website I decided to pay them a visit to see if they had one on display and to get more information. After walking around the show area I could not see an Expedition on display so approached a salesman who was dealing with a couple who were potential customers and waited while he dealt with them. When he had finished I asked if there was an Expedition on display. He then proceeded to talk to me in a totally rude and unhelpful manner, and curtly told me “No you won’t find one they have all been sold, you wont get another until November at the earliest, they come from all over the country to buy them you know and I don’t know how much they will cost when one becomes available”. I then asked if he could give me an idea of how much the extras the Expedition lacked would cost to buy and fit. He then gave me a series of overstated guesses of what these would cost without any attempt to take me to his office to try and give me some accurate estimates. Having sold all his Expedition stock you would think he would know the cost of extras that his purchasers must have previously asked for. I found his manner totally rude, patronising, uninterested and unhelpful. He made no attempt to see if I definitely was interested in buying a vehicle even though I was. How White Arches can advertise vehicles for sale that they cannot say definitely when supply will be available or at the price advertised without mentioning this in the advert and why they employ people like this to sell them is beyond me. Needless to say I will not be visiting White Arches Motorhomes again.

New Swift Escape
We collected our Swift Escape 694 two weeks ago and are really pleased with it, the person I dealt with from White Arches was really helpful with the part exchange and paperwork and gave lots of good advice while showing us around our new motorhome.
Fantastic Experience
Picked up my new caravan yesterday and cannot fault the service II experienced. My salesman left no stone unturned. There was a small issue with my van and it may not have bothered most. They worked together as a team to rectify it straight away. From their sales team maintenance team and personnel who worked in the shop nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all.
Would I recommend you
YES in a heartbeat

Awful Customer Service
Having bought a Bailey Ranger from White Arches in March 2010 and taken it back to them for the next 4 annual services, I thought they might treat me as a valued customer. Instead they chose to treat me like something found in the deep and dark corner of an old Belson loo!
Despite reporting issues with the toilet system on at least two of the previous services they claim not to have found any faults. The system has now stopped flushing (apparently likely to be the pump) and they now offer to fix it but 'unfortunately' it is now out of warranty!!!
They refuse to even consider the possibility they could be at fault or even entertain any sort of gesture towards the repair costs.
They are not nice people to deal with and are ONLY interested in your money.
