I ordered a set of spacers for a my car and got sent the wrong ones (due to there

website being incorrect), I sent the spacers back for a exchange at my own time and cost (which they should have paid for ), now they telling me I can’t have a exchange or a refund because I put tape on the box and the spacers were apparently in poor condition which is absolute BS as they we’re never fitted being the wrong ones, so now I’m £120 down with no spacers , stay well away people !!!!

Ordered wheels ROTA-GAME 18 "arrived to Polish in 6 days. Rims in perfect condition not damaged. Received other nuts and centering ring, but when you send an e-mail service shop immediately sent the correct (and nuts also free)

Otrzymałem inne nakrętki i pierścień centrujący, ale po wysłaniu maila, obsługa sklepu natychmiast wysłała prawidłowe ( oraz nakrętki zabezpieczające dodatkowo gratis ) Nie pozostaje mi nic innego jak podziękować za to. Having bought my own company car from my employer (I liked it, even after 6 years, and wanted to keep it) I decided to invest in a few "extra fun bits and bobs" within a modest budget - to make it more fun but not before a lot of internet research. It is a 2003 Mk3 Mondeo TDCi ZS 130, although an Essing Performance Chip already made that 148, without it being maxed-out. After the chip (or remap) - everyone's second port of call seemed to be to achieve better airflow, clean in and exhaust out.

K&N (for my Mondeeo, the 57i Induction Unit specifically), and from there Performance Filters as a source came top of the research results. The latter due to prices, great service reviews, and being fairly local (not really relevant).

Well... the Service was as excellent, pre and post, on phone, email and website, just as all the review suggested.

After reading the instructions 17 times (a cutaway diagram format would be much better than multiple overhead photos of an engine bay for us "non amateur mechanics") I got a little help but it proved pretty easy to fit.

For the first few days it was just "about town" driving - and you could (once you got over the great sound) sense a smoother and more responsive acceleration. As opposed to the usual diesel "wait for the boost at a certain rev level).

This alone was worth the investment; but on a really long motorway run the icing and the cherries showed up. Wait for the lorry to pull back in, foot down, and in a couple of seconds you are in licence-losing territory.

So with the minor whinge outof the way on the instruction sheet (fine if you are a pro or hobbyist), I have to say the service was faultless, fast, friendly, knowledgable. All those things.

The product? Well if you have a common-rail diesel engine and want to invest a few hundred quid to get a "wolf in sheeps clothing"; and have much, much more fun on your way to work...

K&N 57i (from Performance Filters for the above reasons), Essing Chip (or similar specialist diesel one), Powerflow back end exhast upgrade, and a set of 30mm drop springs to get the harder, more balanced feel to the car to match the improved performance (Apex, on mine). In all, about £550 to turn your car into something really a bit special!

Good price and speedy delivery. Had a question on the product post delivery which was quickly answered. When I have a choice I always look online and then call to order and this worked well with POTN.

I wanted a front strut bar for my 2004 Celica VVTi and made an initial enquiry about fitment and stock availability. Response was within an hour and detailed the item I required (with a direct web link) and confirmed that the item was in stock.

Strut bar was delivered next day - excellent product, well finished in high quality gloss white paint.

Although no instructions came with the brace, it's an easy piece to fit and only took about 15 minutes in total. I had to bend a small piece of engine bay body work and move positive battery terminal during fitment, but was easy to do with a socket set and adjustable spanner. Looks great and definitie improvement in handling.

Have now enquired about a rear brace and have been given further useful information.

Altogether, highly recommended products and excellent service.

I was so pleased with the service and communication when I purchased through POTN. I will recommend to friends and family in future and will most certainly use POTN again!!

Bought a Pipercross Viper kit from these guys and was amazed. Staff knew their stuff, explained everything, helped me figure what was best, even put up with endless questions. Best service in ages. Kit took a week to arrive but they explained it was custom made and it does exactly what it says on the tin. Cost was very good compared to the rest out there but with service like this I would gladly pay more! Will recommend to anyone wanting to improve their motors. Absolutely fantastic lads, keep it up!
