MURCO Petrol Stations

since when does it cost 2p to replace the nozzle at MURCO pumps?????

twice now, at Ludgershall and Amesbury i have managed to get the EXACT amount, no extra pennies, but when i got to pay it had added 2p . if they are doing this to every transaction, they are fleecing us AGAIN ...

CHECK THE PRICE BEFORE YOU REPLACE THE NOZZLE!!!

Arrived, filled up, told to remove my helmet. I asked where I could put it? I also enquired as to who decided on this polcy. Attended, clearly a long term drinker, although not drunk, became very agiated. I wont bother with this petrol station again.

I used to use this petrol station (Murco, Sternhold Avenue, Streatham Hill, London) on a regular basis. However, after my experience today, I will never set foot in this establishment again. I popped into the petrol station to use the car wash. Whilst purchasing a ticket, I must have accidentally left my red iPhone 7 on the counter. I drove home and soon realised I didn't have my phone. I checked the location of my lost phone using computer software and sure enough the phone could be located inside the building of the petrol station. I quickly drove back and asked the cashier for my iPhone. He told me he has just come back from break and had no knowledge of any phones and suggested I speak to his colleague who had served me. I located him at the back of the shop and asked him for my phone. He looked at me blankly and said he didn't know what I was talking about. I gave him my number and asked him to ring my phone immediately, which he did. The phone rang but he still insisted he had no knowledge of the phone. I then said I'm 100% sure it's here and I have proof, so I'll just wait until the police get here. In two seconds flat my red iPhone 7 appeared from under the counter. It had been switched to silent mode. The cashier muttered that he thought it was his colleague's phone. Can you believe that? I expressed deep disappointment in their behaviour and attitude; I have been a regular customer for the past 15 years I felt the treatment I received was despicable. Obviously, I am pleased to have been reunited with my phone but this episode has just highlighted the fact that there is a steady decline in society of basic human decency.

Worst & appallling customer service this evening at this petrol station. Demanded payment before filling up due to person sitting in drivers seat!!

Moronic attendant could have shown good manners, never use this again , we used to buy every week, however will avoid this place forever more.

I regularly use the Murco car and jet wash as its close to my home.. I am told on many occasions the £2.50 jet wash is not working only the £3.50 setting - how does that happen so often? is this clever up selling? I used the car wash today (Jet wash not working properly) having paid £5 (no shampoo) I have finally made the decision to use another garage 3 miles away - each visit makes me want to contact Murco head office to complain - maybe writing this will help, its just so frustrating..

I went to my local Murco to top up my gas card. I had £9.00 in cash and thought I had £8.00 on my debit card. The card payment was declined so I checked my balance on the cash machine. There was £4.00. I asked for this to be put onto my card. The attendant began shouting saying that the next time I am not to come in to top up that way. When I asked him not to speak to me in that manner, he threatened to not serve me.

The last time I looked, money is money. But apparently I was '"confusing him" paying this way. I tried to explain that this was the only way I could top up my card. By this thine he became dismissive and in a heavy Tamil accent told me that he wanted to "end this".

His behaviour was insensitive as he was shouting when there were other people in the foyer. It was arrogant as he did not accept that I was paying for my gas. It was inhumane because he wouldnt accept that he had embarrassed me and hurt my feelings

Filled up at the murco in Bookham and the quality of the fuel is great! The shop has many useful items & the fuel was well priced.

Went to fill up at Murco Dudley with super unleaded

Only to find the pump price was £1.39.9 ltr thinking this was incorrect I went inside to ask only to be told that the price was nothing to do with him blaming Murco for not passing on fuel price cuts to the customer when another garage 900 yds away was selling the same fuel at £1.14.9 per ltr totally unacceptable rip off fuel cost

Visited this place this morning, never again, customer service is something left to be desired! either need re training on customer service or just plain and simply learn some manners, you cant approach management as the couple are as rude as eachother, muttering and speaking under there breath does not help alot??? I think their scared of their staff and let them rule the roost!!! there out dated, have a high staff turn over - WONDER WHY!!! silly bitchy girl springs to mind!!!!!
