I have previously bought top quality bedding from Dawsons online. Yesterday I made a mistake with my order and today the lovely lady on the phone sorted it all within about 2 minutes. Looking forward to receiving my new bedding.

I have never used Dawson's on line before, but as I was searching for particular bedding, was very pleased to find what I wanted on there site.

I live for the most of the year in Spain and to find that they would send my order of,Duvet cover,Valance 4 Pillow cases,

1 Bolster cushions, and a Throw all double to me at home here in Spain was the icing on the cake for me.

I was told when my order would be with me within a time frame of two hours, and they arrived as promised,fantastic

From ordering to delivery, brilliant service. First time I've used this company, definitely won't be the last. Both of my daughters love nice bedding and I'll be recommending to look here.

Our orders have always been despatched within 24 hours. The products have always been as described. On the one occasion when we received a damaged item a replacement was received the following day and the damaged item was returned free of charge. One phone call to a very friendly, helpful and polite member of staff resolved our issue immediately. IF only this level of service could be replicated.........

First order my payment failed (unkown to me) but I still got an order number. Waited ten days, no delivery...contacted them and only then they told me my payment had failed. Despite the website showing the order as paid.

So I try again, payment goes through. Wait 7 days...no item. Contact them...they are only just posting out the item! 8 days after purchase. What rubbish service.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I forgot to add my 15% discount code before ordering my product, so I emailed customer support asking what I should do next. I received a quick response letting me know they had refunded the money back into my account equivalent to the discount code. Really great, quick, and friendly service, really impressed!

This is the 4th time I have used J use Linen at Dawsons to buy new bedlinen. I decided on the Marianne range from Christy. ordered Saturday night and realised I had ordered the wrong type of pillowcase. Sunday morning I phoned and amended the order which they had no problem in doing. The staff are always pleasant and efficient. the order was delivered in 2 large boxes on Tuesday. I am extremely pleased with the bedding and the service from Dawsons was first class. I would not buy bedding from anyone else. When you are buying pretty much he whole set with curtains and the throw plus a spare set for washing it is a lot of money but Dawsons always offer a good price and with the additional 15% discount and free postage I don't think you could find cheaper.

Ordered Christy towels from Dawsons late afternoon on a Tuesday and delivered by lunch time on Thursday. Well packed, and exactly what I ordered. Delivery service is second to none. I was kept informed of the parcel progress, when it was on it's way, and the day and time that it would be delivered. Spot on. WELL DONE DAWSONS!

I always order my stuff from just linen and have never been let down.

I ordered many items recently and have found the service excellent, the quality of bed linen and also cutlery and designer knife block with knives, excellent quality, Dawsons store is a great company to deal with, nothing is too much trouble, and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying bed linen/Curtains and kitchen stuff, my 60 canteen of cutlery is excellent quality with 50 years guarantee and cost me £69 and that included delivery to Ireland. The postage service is very quick to Ireland, as sometimes one can wait weeks for delivery! Also bought my daughter pr of sheets etc and she was very impressed with the quality, so Dawsons will have another new customer in the future! What more can I say than I am a satisfied customer!
