Absolute Joke Of A Company
Joke of a company, renewed my insurance automatically at an increased amount. Sent me forms to sign to renew which I did not return but they proceeded anyway. I have arranged insurance elsewhere and despite many calls and emails I have yet to have one response from sureterm.
I am cancelling my direct debit with the bank and I expect I may get a call then!!!!!!!!
Don't touch them with a barge pole, absolute shocking customer service (you can't even speak to anyone)
