Not Forthcoming With Info
Tried to book a flight with Flighttime to Bangkok. The person I spoke to wanted me to pay the money for the ticket into his account which we refused. We asked him if we could pay in a different way and he explained that we had to pay £1 by giving him our account details and after we will be provided with a code which should be given to him and then he will take full payment. WE called our bank to check if the way we were being asked to pay was legit and we were told though it was right they could easily wipe out our account and we would not have a way of getting it back. We called again and explained we did not want to do it that way and asked for different method and he said he would email us but it never happened and we kept calling the person we spoke to and he kept cutting our calls. WE called the fraud prevention as we had given photos of our ID and we were advised that this was indeed fraudulent.
Never use their service.
You are very lucky that you never transferred any money where as my sister transferred full amount to flight line business account to a person which he emailed bogus tickets which were only reserved not confirmed and his taken full payment. Please don't trust this company and the people that work there they are all bad.

I HAD NEVER HEARD OF FLIGHTLINE UNTIL I SEARCHED A NUMBER OF HOLIDAY WEBSITES AND CAME ACROSS THIS COMPANY.ALL WE NEEDED TO KNOW WAS EASY TO ACCESS,NO PROBLEM IN BOOKING THIS HOLIDAY TO MENORCA.OUR FLIGHT AND HOLIDAY WERE PERFECT AND WOULD RECOMMEND FLIGHTLINE TO OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.OUR HOTEL WAS BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED.VERY FRIENDLY AND CLEAN.THE FOOD WAS FAULTLESS,PLENTY TO SELECT FROM.OVERALL A VERY ENJOYABLE HOLIDAY AT THE REY CARLOS 111 IN ES CASTELL.WOULD DEFINATELY BOOK WITH FLIGHTLINE FOR FUTURE HOLIDAYS.VERY IMPRESSED.FROM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
Hi i booked my holiday to Turkey Fortuna Beach Hotel last May with you and it was wonderful,i had made a mistake on my first hotel choice and your rep (name removed) sorted it out. I wanted to go back this May for 14nights but i cant find this Hotel on your site,are you still using this hotel if so can you find me a Holiday 14nights all inclusive please, hope you can help. Would Not Use Again
upon our return private transfer form our hotel to the airport our taxi did not turn up we were a party of 5 people 2 of which were in wheelchairs luckily we did manage to get on the tour operators pick up bus but was a pain trying to get 2 people up the stairs of the coach with walking difficulties
No Control Of The Booking Once Made
I booked my flights to Tenerife (via Monarch Airlines) using Flightline.
Having booked, I discovered that I can not view and select seats on the plane as I normally do with a direct booking with Monarch - I had to talk over the phone with a Flightline person who could see them and chose the seats for me. Even worse, I can't do an online check-in for the flight. Monarch are happy to let me do this providing Flightline tell me the email address they used to make the booking, but Flightline refused point blank to do this and offered no alternative. I will have to wait in the long, long line at Gatwick to check in, whilst I think - will I ever, ever use Flightline again?
Probably nice people at Flightline, but they are still working with 20th century services and technology in a world where their clients want to do almost everything online - wake up guys and smell the coffee!
Great Service
I booked my Mallorcan holiday with Flightline.co.uk back in March this year. I must say the sevice has been fantastic. I have found the company to be highly competetive within the market place and would definately book with them again in the future. I have made calls regarding my booking to thier office and the customer service team have been very polite and have deal with all my quieries very propmptly. Well done to everyone at Flightline, you seem to have got it right.
Found This Site Easy To Use.
I found this site so easy to use, and when i needed to change some eliments to my holiday staff on phone so helpfull and got my problem sorted straight away new tickets printed off straight away too, now looking forward to a fab holiday.

Easiest Holiday Booking Ever!

Just a quick email to thank you for arranging my family\s holiday to Menorca, which we booked 9 days prior to departure. We had only ever used big tour operators and to say using your company was 10 times easier is an understatement. Everything from the scheduled Monarch flight to the airport shuttle transfer was excellent, we had stayed at the hotel before so we knew what to expect there. I looked at booking flights, transfers, hotel and insurance directly and couldn\t do it as cheap as Flightline, so a big thank you once again. We will definitely recommend your services to anyone who\ll listen!
Assited Travel Experience. Flightline/flyby
As I have trouble walking and cannot climb stairs and find inclines very difficult I told my problem to the person I contacted via phone and they suggested I request Travel assitance. I must say that the service was first class I was taken in a chair, up and down lifts, put on a ambulance type of lift into the plane and treated with the utmost respect.June Davis.

I booked a cheap flight with Flightline. They booked the flight and then cancelled it and took my money. I am waiting for a refund. I want answers and now nobody is answering the phone. What should I do?
