This Is The First Panasonic Tv I've Ever Owned And
This is the first Panasonic TV I've ever owned and at the time of buying it was a toss up between this and a Samsung. I already had a 32" Samsung and I guess what swung it in the end was the sound quality, on on the Samsung I had, the sound was pretty poor.
I have to say I absolutely love this TV! I've had it a while now but wanted to wait and give it a good run in before writing anything about it. I mostly use it for watching Blu Rays and my Xbox seeing as I don't actually watch TV that much. The picture quality on both outputs is outstanding, really crystal clear. It's certainly improved my gameplay on the Xbox, I can actually see what I'm doing now!
Again, as with the Samsung, the only downside is the sound. I think to get the best out of TVs like this, you really have got to invest in a decent surround sound system, but I know that will cost me more than the TV did since I got a great price on it.
One thing I would advise when buying this or any other HD TV, is get hold of the blu-ray from the net which helps you configure the picture to get the most out of it. Although the settings you get with it are ok, making a few tweaks here and there makes all the difference and contributes to an overall superb picture.

I Love It, Most Cant Cope With Sd Tv Signals, This
I love it, most cant cope with SD tv signals, this can, really bringing the picture to life.... now I can watch tv from the hot tub haha.. Although im bias towards great 5.1. sound, the tv native speakers are ok i guess... ive always been very impressed with Panasonic audio, but perhaps being used to 5.1 since it was invented has altered my opinion of sound... if you know what i mean... probably not...
Great review - agreed on the sound entirely!
