Tartan Dress

I bought this dress because I wanted a semi smart ‘big’ and comfy but stylish dress to go to events and out in evening. I was anxious about the quality of the fabric and was delighted with the texture of the fabric and the styling. The price is fully justified as there is so much fabric in the dress. So versatile as I can wear cosy T-shirt as extra layer. I also love the idea of putting a large jumper or woolly gilet over it as shown in the catalogue

Absolutely delighted. Would recommend.

Disappointed With My Masks

I have just received 2 masks which I've ordered from Plumo. Apart from taking a long time to arrive on the post, I was disappointed with the quality, I think the masks are too thin, the material is not as consistent and resilient as I thought and I think it will not protect me from anything, let alone the corona virus! I though there would be an extra protective layer in front but there is nothing. Very disappointed.

I was surprised by the negative reviews on Plumo. If their service was poor in the past, they have truly cleaned up their act. I bought a bag and wallet from them but decided to return them both as they didn't meet my needs (bag was too small, wallet was too big). My biggest mistake was to declare the actual value of the items on the paperwork when shipping the items back to the UK (I live outside the EU). It seems that the UK now charges VAT, even for mail order returns. My parcel has been stuck in UK customs for two weeks due to a comedy of errors by the customs department and Parcel Force. But throughout it all, Plumo has been very gracious and extended the deadline by which I had to return the item. And to end my ordeal of having to deal with moronic officials, they decided to pay the customs charge on my behalf and have promised to give me a full refund asap. Plumo is a class act and I would shop here once again without hesitation.

Poor Refund Service

I paid to return a badly fitting pair of trousers and felt that I needed to take steps to ensure proof of posting (as per their policy on returns) therefore cost involved. I than received an email acknowledging receipt of goods but declaring an 8 to 10 day refund period....why?! I called on the 9th day and was given a flimsy excuse about lost paperwork and miraculously was then refunded instantly! Umm... I wonder how many people forget/overlook and don't chase! Shame has have been previous good customer but now have had this experience won't order again.

Poor Quality And Very Slow To Refund

Plumo are very good at presenting their product in trendy locations , with very skinny models , which all helps to make the over priced, poor quality, mostly unflattering clothes look aspirational . In addition they appear to be so arrogant that they take weeks to give a refund, blaming the card provider for slowness, which is untrue .

In short, don't be seduced by the photographs on-line or the recycled paper catalogue !

Fantastic

I just did my Christmas shopping with Plumo. From beautiful watches to a soft wrap.. I definitely found the gifts I needed within a few mouse clicks. The free express upgrade was a nice and unexpected treat. The whole lot arrived safely the other day . Totally hassle free...

All in all a rapid delivery service. Excellent customer service. Parcels wrapped perfectly. Cannot recommend enough. A mail order company that you can rely on.

Christmas Shopping Made Easy

I have known about plumo for a while now and always keep an eye on the website. Usually ordering at this festive time of year. You can almost guarantee that the gift you give your friends or family will be something they have not got from any one else. Very quirky and individual. Plumo gifts always go down a treat with my recipients. I have always had wonderful customer service if I have had a query regarding size, colour fit etc... The assistants are always happy to go into the stock room and get the item to measure, let you know the texture, if the colour varies etc.. It has made choosing the perfect gifts easy. If I have had to return anything I have always found that the goods are refunded within the time frame as stated on the website. All in all I would be more than happy to recommend a friend and have done on numerous occasions.

I wanted something quirky for a Christmas present, came across the Patagonia Slippers on the Plumo website, ordered them the order came so quickly and they are great, come in a super gift box too! Really pleased
