Ordered an item on sunday, received confirmation. I emailed on the Tuesday to confirm dispatched date as hadn't received anything even though they gave 23rd as the delivery date.

To receive a response that the item was out of stock and obselete but failed to actually tell me this in any communication.

dealt with this company in 2009 for bath washhand basin toilet etc found it good Last week ordered spare parts for same Was assured parts were the right ones lo and behold not so. Waiting now for refund Strange card was charged that day but apparently accounts dept takes up to three weeks to refund so still waiting My advise is buy elsewhere

Not Happy at all, never ever again, the products are rubbish quality, my plumber refused to install the bathroom as he said I would be replacing it in 6 months time. Returns non existent, customer services even worse. NEVER again!!!

Very prompt, ordered yesterday evening arrived at 11am this morning, will not be installing it for a few weeks, so hopefully everything wil be ok .

I bought an electric chainsaw through eBay, I did receive it few days later and was astonished at the product quality so sent it back the following day and requested a refund.

After exchanging few emails with trueshopping, they refused to refund me, but as I bought the item via paypal, they accepted to give a full refund.

On 23.01.14 I ordered a toilet and basin from this company via ebay, they gave me a delivery date of Friday 30th, nothing arrived except an email asking me if I was enjoying my items and to review them. I emailed asking why I was sent this, I didn't get a response instead I got an email telling me the unit was out of stock and would I wait or like another colour, I responded somewhat confused, was my order despatched or out of stock? They took far too long to respond to emails so I became fed up waiting to hear when I might get my items so via ebay I cancelled my order and was duly refunded no problem hey! No a week later I get an email telling me my items had been dispatched, later an email telling me to pay for them and then the following morning out of the blue the items are delivered! I took them in not knowing what else to do, emailed them and later was called, after some discussion (they didn't seem to have any clue they had even sent the items), it was agreed that as a gesture of goodwill I would pay only for the toilet which I did on a debit card. I then went and opened said toilet only to find it smashed to pieces, I called back immediately and explained this and it was agreed they would refund me and they would collect the toilet. Well that was on the 6th February and I haven't had my refund (they did collect the toilet so not entirely incompetent). I have had to chase and chase only to be told that they had no record I paid, I sent proof and was told I would get my money, I have emailed again as still no money, have now been asked to provide the long card number off my debit card which I have refused to do. So all in all probably the worst company I have ever dealt with.

A great and speed delivery, This was let down with a very poor constructed flood light.

I bought a red arrow trading one from CPC and the build quality was excellent, I saw this and though it was the same, how wrong was I.If it lasts the winter i will be suprised, te casting is poor, threads in bracketry poor, reflector distorted, never again

Bought a 3 in 1 hedge trimmer, the battery went fault and would not charge, I was in warranty so requested a new one, 3 months later I have received 2 batteries that were the wrong size and am still waiting for the right one!! Numerous emails and the occasional phone call (but have never got through!) and I am still waiting. POOR

Took 5 days before this HY5800 chainsaw sparked into life. A faulty spark plug being the culprit. True shopping refused to exchange the saw on its 30 day money back guarantee because they said as I'd opened the box I'd accepted delivery of it and as I'd put fuel in it, it was now regarded as second hand and they were not obliged to accept it back! Also was asked to try to start the saw whilst they listened on the phone!! will they be doing spiritual healing by phone next? Best advice would be to give this company a wide berth as their guarantee is not worth a penny unless you can work out a way of inspecting the item without opening the box and starting it without putting fuel in it!

I ordered 2 300mm high column radiators through BestHeating - which turned out to be an order from Trueshopping. I had planned to buy these radiators from a 'budget' tool supply national chain, but their lead times were weeks. I was initially skeptical in ordering these items from TrueShopping, but for the price, it appeared worth it.

The radiators were delivered to me the day after I ordered them online. The radiators were well packaged and exactly as described.

On placing the order, I received 3 (automated) emails, saying that the order was received; the order was being processed and finally, the order was dispatched.

I can't comment on customer service because I didn't have a need to call them.
