My Son Had Nagged For A Gaming Chair. After Readi

My son had nagged for a gaming chair. After reading the many reviews he decided to purchase the Pyramat s2500w mainly down to the wireless feature.

After getting it home and taking it out of the box, I placed it on the floor ready for connection. My first disappointment was the velcro strip to hold the chair in place was defective. After connecting up the wireless sender and linking it up to the gaming console, I was really disappointed. The static picked up truly intefered with the sound quality, albeit it was only a short distance of a few feet. Due to this, I tried the wired connection and was once again, after reading the raving reviews about the sound quality was once again disappointed. This was further compounded by within the first day, a fault with the control panel prevented the chair from working without giving it a tap. It was downhill from here with one of the speakers just dying. With this, it was back in the box and returning it for a refund. My boy was happier with his surround sound system which at least gave a good and true sound.

The only good feature about the chair that it was a good height for gaming and comfortable, but at £100 was to expensive just to keep as a piece of furniture.

Overall I Would Not Recommend The Pyramat S2500w G

Overall I would not recommend the Pyramat s2500w Gaming Chair due to my personal opinion. If you are very interested in computer gaming then a gaming chair really does better the whole experience. But for me the chair is more a good first impression novelty item...I would like to get the small point out of the way first, this being the setup. The Pyramat s2500 honestly has more wires than the TV, DVD player and Xbox 360 all together. There are that many wires I feel it has made the TV surrounding look messy! It also took 3 lads (all quite involved with gaming at the age of 18 - 20) quite a long time to set the chair up and had quite a few flaws.I will list a quick few -If you want it wireless you have to mess around with a little box, in our experience we placed it nearly every point in the room, sometimes got signal, however as soon as it got knocked the signal went or crackled. This became increasingly annoying and after 15 minutes we gave up and used the wires. Now the sound wire is around 30 cm, therefore we could use the chair unless we sat right infront of the TV and had to strain out neck...Anyway.It has been sat in my lounge now for 3 weeks since purchase, the first week it got used a lot, and to be honest I was really impressed, had a great sound once messing around with the treble and bass to get the right sound. Was used for music, gaming and even just to sit on.However the second week the novelty started to ware off and was basically used to stick a cd on and no-one even sat on the chair. Its now the third week and I am thinking about taking the chair out of the lounge and upstairs to the spare bedroom...The chair becomes too uncomfortable after around 30 mins. The sound becomes crackly at full volume and full bass (sat on or not).It seems from my review it is pointless getting this gaming chair, and yes it is true I do not recommend the Pyramat s2500.However I do recommend gaming chairs, the idea of a gaming chair I think is superb, from my impressions the idea definitely does better the gaming experience. Just make sure you choose the right one!
