X-Rocker Gaming Chair

I recently bought an entry level x-rocker pedestal gaming chair from Argos for about £100.

There is a reason why Argos sell product cheap it's because they've compromised on quality of speakers and furnishings to produce a poor quality product.

And the hassle I had returning the chair!!!!

Eventually I purchased a brazen stag gaming chair from boysstuff.co.uk.- a very different customer service experience and a much superior product.

Avoid x-rocker and Argos if you want value for money and a hassle free transaction.

I'm not an expert with gaming chairs, but my brother asked for one for Christmas and wasn't very specific. Not having a huge budget and him not having masses of space in his house, I thought maybe a game bag would be a better bet for him. I trawled the net for the different one's and finally came across the X-Rocker Senior 2.1 Surround Sound Gamebag Gaming Chair on boysstuff.co.uk.

I saw that it was reduced from £99.95 to £29.95 so knew I was getting a bargain. I ordered next day delivery and it came by parcel force the next day, had a quick look at it and looks great, can't wait to give it to him!

I got my X rocker for christmas and at first it was amazing, good sound and comfy. Then after a few weeks the input wire broke and bent meaning that the sound was crackling and broken. We returned it only for this problem to happen again. Now I can only use it as a chair to sit on, also the seat of the chair has bent in leaving a dip where you would sit.

I bought the x rocker pro for my son for xmas and i could not get it to work. I tried to contact the company by email and phone,leaving messages on the voicemail, i did this on several occasions from boxing day without any reply os feedback. I then contacted the USA email address and finally got a reply, he then emailed the Europe email address,the email address that I have been emailing since boxing day, they then at last emailed me. They emailed some more instructions the x rocker still did not work, I then emailed the company back again and experienced the same problem of no one getting back to me. I then contacted the USA again, they forwarded my email with my contact number and the Europe service centre called me, she was very rude and abrupt. She informed that there was a lose connection and sent me a new connection box. The chair is only working with music I have emailed them again and got a very rude email back from the women I spoke to on the phone, she told me she was very busy and could not contact me till the following week. The after care service is totally diabolical and I am disgusted at how I have been spoken to.

I have read the reviews and the x rocker pro pedestal I purchased is a great gaming chair.However please note the build quality is not what it should be .My 13 year old son 12 stone uses it and we had problems.First the welding on the base broke so we returned it(Argos) only for this to happen again.I then got a friend to weld it to weld it properly not stitch weld.Now the base on the bottom of the chair has cracked and the chair is now just a rocker.I would warn anyone who will use it a lot or is not a lightweight to check first the warranty.

This is an absolutely amazing chair, and the fact that you can get one of these for £60 if you look around is amazing! it is very easy to set up, with an easy diagram to read from in the instruction manual if you are too thick to figure out how to plug a wire into a socket. It has a fantastic set of speakers, with an amazing subwoofer built into the back. Even without any music/sounds playing through it, it is still one of the most comfortable chairs ever. It even folds up! all in all, this is one of the best chairs ever, and i very much recommend that you buy the x-rocker gaming chair!

Having trawled a number of various online websites looking for a gaming chair for a gift I found www.boysstuff.co.uk.

They appeared on first glance to offer a wider range of gaming chairs than any other website and a very competitive prices.

Not know very much about gaming chairs I contacted the boysstuff customer service to make enquiries about the comparative merits of the various chairs. I found the email responses to be timely and informative.

I made the purchase of the X-ROCKER PRO and got the chair delivered by courier the very next day.

The product is excellent quality. It is a weighty substantial chair with great sound quality and very comfortable.

Very good! Awesome! I got this thing for my birthday this morning and i havent been off it all day. Dynamic sound, excellent sound quality and very comfy. There is an easy to reach control panel on the right side of the chair, which includes bass and volume controls.

I have had my x rocker for about 3 weeks i use it with my xbox360 and a week after I had got mine my brother went and got one and then about 3 days after that my dad went and got one for his ps3 me and my family think that the are worth the money and they are very cheap for what they are. You get 2.1 suround sound speakers and a sub woofer the max volume is enuf to heart your ears and full bass makes your body viobrate. I think that all the x rocker now needs is arm rests and if your lucky a back masage mechene.

hi, i have bought this chair for my son for xmas and boughtan ac adaptor for the wireless box but when connected there is a lot of feedback does anyone have any recommendations for me to solve this. This is an excellent chair, the sound is out of this world and the vibrations give it that bit extra to other chairs on the market.
