Shockingly Poor Service At Fenwicks

We ordered a set of sofas which arrived missing 8 large back cushions so they arent fit for purpose. Dispite our numerous complaints and struggles to get this dealt with, we have been left constantly chasing for updates. When we are lucky enough to speak with anyone, normally after we have to leave numerous messages, the person we talk to is rude and repeatedly changes the story as to whats happening. We feel we are being lied to and led around whilst nothing actually happens. There is no care or attention given to us as customers so much so this is likely to become a legal matter. I would advise anyone looking for large goods to not shop with Fenwicks because if you have any problems with the goods delivery the customer service is appalling and you'll be left out of pocket.

Avoid Fenwick like the plague

What a disgrace. Ordered boots on 23 November next day delivery. It took over a week of me emailing them and finally a phone call to be told that the warehouse had lost them and they could not replace them due to the item now being out of stock. I was promised a full refund. Again I never heard from them for a few days so I emailed again. This time I was informed that they were dealing with my purchase as a return

( even though the boots were never sent out from the warehouse) therefore it will take 14 days for a refund. What makes the situation even more disgraceful is they have, for some unknown reason classed the 30th of November as the day they received the return ( you couldn't make this up ) so I will probably receive my refund nearer to 13th December. I emailed them again 3 days ago with no response back. I would avoid this company like the plague. Disgraceful so called customer care.

Such a shame that Fenwick do not offer an on-line shopping option.

I don't understand why, in 2017, a major shop would not offer this as a shopping option.

Like many other reviewers I have tried t order an item promoted within their advertising, but it appears that Fenwicks do not wish to accept any orders.

Time to catch up Fenwick - you are missing out on orders.

Why on earth can't Fenwicks spend some money on developing their online website so we can actually buy something rather than just read how fabulous their store is?

I found the perfect gift elsewhere....Fenwicks, you just lost more business!

Like everyone else I haven't a clue how to purchase anything from fen wicks ! After 15 minutes of trying everything I still couldn't find any page at all that sold goods of any description ! What a fabulous way to lose a lot of trade in an ever increasing online led world !!! Well done !

Why do Fenwicks not sell from the site. If they do then I can't find how to make an online purchase. I have been a customer for years but my local store is some distance away. Fenwicks are loosing many customers by not selling online. John Lewis do it very well, why can't Fenwicks do the same. One of the most irritating and frustrating sites around.

Fenwicks On Line Shopping, Where????

ive tried on numerous occasions to shop on line, i am computer literate and use john lewis on line shopping all the time. Fenwicks need to get there act together, they are losing loads of business.

Its obvious to me no one from Fenwicks is reviewing the feedback, hope they prove me wrong so I can begin shopping on line soon.

The shop itself is fantastic.

I was trying to look for coffee machines online and found the website particularly difficult. It is not user friendly. I even entered coffee machine in the search box which did nothing. I suggest if you want potential customers to view your goods then you need to employ someone who can produce a decent website with headings such as 'kitchenware' to guide the customer to where they want to go. Then when the customer clicks onto the heading it actually takes them to the correct department where a list of items need to be available. If you like I could recommend someone who could help you with designing a user friendly website
