Don't buy tech from this joke of a company. They'll wait a few days and then cancel your order. Then it's too late to reorder from any other firm as PS5 bundle offer has been sold out! Useless.

Their Customer Service Is Appalling
This is without any doubt the worst and most dishonest company I have ever dealt with ! Not only do they sell cheaply made items, their customer service people blatantly lie in chat enquiries. I'm still waiting for a refund 2 months later, I've even emailed their CEO, who didn't even bother to respond !
Save your hard warnt money and buy from an honest and reliable company who won't let you down or rip you off !!

Jacamo clothing is great quality and our orders are delivered quickly. I recently order two polo shirts from Jacamo and had a promo code. At checkout there was no option for promo code so I emailed them
They advised that not all items are available with a promo code but they applied the promo code for the two polo shirts and I got 11.60 back. Fantastic customer service.

Refunds - You Will Wait!
I placed an order for a coat. Delivery stated 3-5 days which meant it would arrive for when I needed it. I checked the email receipt and the delivery was scheduled for much later. I contacted customer services to cancel my order to be advised that they didn't have the item in stock - it would be another 8 days before they took delivery of it. The money as taken from my bank and they refused to refund until they had the item in stock.

Faulty Item And Terrible Customer Service
Ordered a novelty light for a Christmas present. Once opened on Xmas day the recipient went to put the cable in the USB port and it fell inside the unit meaning it would not work. Contacted Jacamo who advised to return for a refund, I asked for an exchange but they would not do that. Went through the Hermes return to parcel shop, used the printer in the shop and it was sent back. Nearly two weeks later I heard nothing, I contacted Jacamo via email who advised they hadn’t received and could take up to two weeks for refund. I waited then contacted them recently as it was nearly a month now. They don’t have the item. Asked me for the receipt from the return (now nearly a month later so it’s been thrown out no doubt) and have been advised no refund. Why they didn’t ask for the receipt during first contact if they didn’t have the return after a few days is beyond me. I would have still had the receipt at that point. Anyway having used Amazon and Hermes returns for years, not one parcel has ever went missing. Using Jacamo one time, and receiving a faulty item, and then they advise they never received the return (even though it’s the same process and same company I’ve used for other companies) - doesn’t fill me with hope for ever using them again. Thanks god I’m not a heavy set man so I won’t ever need to use their company for clothes.

They open an account for you give you a limit after your first order they withdraw your limit so whatever you initially order thats what you will receive silly discriminating practice. Avoid like a plague!

Words Company I Have Ever Felt With
Without a don't the wise company I have ever felt with. Customer service are in South Africa and their service is wirsevever, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and have ordered from them many times. Constant issues, issues take minimum of two calls to get things sorted, and even then it's never perfect and you are made to feel stupid because stuff in their website don't work, to much company policy on basic issues.
Still waiting on a refund for a faulty item, after phoning nip twice.
I would never use this company ever again. Use at your peril.

Do Not Order From Them! Terrible First And Last Experience
First experience ordering from them and it has been so so bad!
The promised fast delivery and we have been waiting for over a week. Called customer service yesterday and firstly they said that they attempted to deliver, when have been at home the whole week. Then they told us that they were only 2 items available for delivery out of the 5!!! Terrible customer service!!
We then decided to cancel the order and we are waiting for a refund! They didn't even had the decency of sending a cancellation email back to us! But they took the money from my account in less than 10 mins!!

Firstly I ordered several items clothing and a watch, I was told it would all come at the same time it didn’t I’m still waiting for the rest of my order !!!...go online to try a make sense of what is going on and failed so found Jacamo’s customer service number to call about the issue I’m having ( I totally understand about the virus thing )....I was waiting for a member from customer service to answer I was on hold for over three hours and had to hang up because of a commitment i had !!!!.
I have never in my 40 years of life waited 3+ hours to then have to hang up !!!!....I’m blown away by this and blaming the virus is a total cop out.

Customer service is terrible. Refuse to replace faulty items, they take 2 weeks to refund them instead and leave you to make another order. Email communication is entirely just copied & pasted standard responses.

I ordered my stuff from Jacmo then it got cancelled because I didn't put my bank card in. What should I do?
On my order it says 'cancelled item' next to the 'transaction type' box. Does this mean my orders been cancelled? I have received an email confirming my order.
