Collection 2000 Waterproof Eyeliner

This was a terrible purchase. I'm only 15 so I went for a cheap option that I knew was a trusted brand and Collection 2000 completely let me down. The eyeliner was of a terrible consistency and it wasn't easy to apply in a thin line. As soon as I stepped out into the sun it practically crumbled and flaked off my eyelid and as soon as I went into the pool is came straight off and left horrible black and grey patches on my lid. As well as being flaky it also felt tight on my eyelid and was very uncomfortable to wear. Needless to say it went straight into the bin when I got home. Definitely not even worth a cheap price.

Looks great initially, but....just wait a couple of hours ...then it goes flaky and comes off in patches - NICE LOOK!

I would not recommend you buy it, even if it is cheap - you get what you pay for!

i bought this Collection 2000 Waterproof Eyeliner and what a big mistake it was! it flaked when i touched my eyelids, it was not water proof and was a complete nightmare, i ended up putting it in the bin!
