Matagorda, Sol Lanzarote Aparthotel

Food cold ,health and safety not adhered to,jet 2 customer complaints department said they were happy with the hotels country rules on health and safety.i believe jet 2 should have guests from uk have safety in hotels, surely they have a duty of care to holiday makers. All guests were using water dispensers to fill water bottles,these bottles will have been in their mouths.not happy at all.
