Do Not Use!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its a shame I didn't look on here before purchasing :(
They have done the same again! sold a EU passenger wing mirror claiming it is a UK drivers.
When I phoned to ask if it was a genuine mistake the young man was quite dismissive, saying "I don't understand what your trying to say"
I emailed with pictures as asked, no response to any of them. I thought it was because of Christmas, so was giving them the benefit of doubt, but they were on the web chat all over the holiday period.
The only way you can really contact them is on the web chat, although it doesn't do you any good.
Unfortunately they are selling the wrong item purposely and then hoping you send it back so they can sell it to someone else, never giving anyone a refund!
Dishonest, despicable, low life, how they sleep at night I will never know.

The Worst Online Shopping Experience I've Ever Had. Period.
Ok, first things first so here’s my advice… based on the appalling experience I’ve had over the last four months with this retailer, my sincere advice is to not buy ANYTHING from wingmirrorman.co.uk.
And take my word for it, if you do, you’d better use Paypal. Because it’s otherwise likely you will lose all your money.
I ordered a £30.88 wing mirror indicator in May 2024. After it failed to show after six weeks, I cancelled the order, only for it to arrive a week later. The returns process took a ridiculous 5 months, endless calls, and massive hassle. When it became clear that the company had no intention of refunding me, I turned to Paypal who eventually reversed the payment.
My final thoughts? Simply this. Steer well clear of wingmirrorman.co.uk, unless you have a burning desire to test your fortitude, by putting yourself through the worst online shopping experience that you’re ever likely to endure.
Consider yourself warned!

Pay Money But Goods Never Turn Up
Ordered a wing mirror cover that showed 'in stock dispatched next day'. A week later it hadn't arrived but was told 'just a few more days'. After another week I asked for a refund. 3 weeks later that hasn't come either. I don't think it's a sham site but the effect is the same: you pay money for goods that never turn up and neither does a refund.

Absolutely jokers – BE WARNED!
I ordered a wing mirror on 3rd April confirming that the item was in stock and that I should receive this with a 3-5 business day delivery as I also wanted the mirror sprayed. I then received an email later in the day stating the part was temporary out of stock and was due to be delivered between 17th & 23rd April. I immediately called the company to ascertain how real these dates were and was told that there should be no problems so I decided to continue with the order.
As I hadn't heard anything, I called the company again on 21st April to be told that the wing mirror had arrived that morning so would immediately be forwarded to their paint spraying department and would be sent to me three business days thereafter.
Again, no news so I rang the company again on 27th April only to be told that the wing mirror had not actually arrived! I was then informed that the wing mirror would arrive within the next ten days.
Called the company again on 4th May to ascertain where we were with the order and was told that the wing mirror was due to arrive around the 10th May - I now started to ask for this in writing and received an email later that day confirming our conversation.
10th May - I wrote an email to the company asking confirmation that the wing mirror had finally arrived. I received a reply later that afternoon stating: The Wing Mirror unit arrived this afternoon, as there was so much stock, and it is a little late in the working day your unit would probably go to the Paint Team at some point tomorrow, then it would be 3 working days with the paint team.
11th May - I wrote another email asking for written confirmation that the wing mirror would be with me by Wednesday (17th) at the latest.
At 11:58 on 11th May I received an email from the company stating that the product was out of stock and was due to be delivered 12th and 18th June!!!
I then called the company in the hope that the latest email was a mistake but was told it was not...I asked to speak with Director of the company but was told he did not take calls which is hardly surprising given how these unlawful people operate! A person then called me, who stated that he was the business manager and tried to defend the appalling ‘service’ that I had received. He, in his wisdom, said that I had not been given incorrect information and refuted the email I received from the company on 10th May (in reply to my email asking whether the wing mirror had arrived) stating “The Wing Mirror unit arrived this afternoon, as there was so much stock, and it is a little late in the working day your unit would probably go to the Paint Team at some point tomorrow, then it would be 3 working days with the paint team” actually meant the wing mirror had arrived!!!

Abysmal Attitude And Service
Delivered item 3 weeks late. Refused to accept return even when pointed out their returns policy is illegal under distance selling regulations. Had to get refunded via credit card. I then bought the correct item from Mick's Garage who sell similar products at similar prices with excellent service in my experience.

Delivered Wrong Item, Then Passed Me From Pillar To Post
Delivered the wrong item, an electric mirror instead of the manual one I'd ordered. When I tried to get a like for like return had a nightmare of Live Chat assistants who gave me incorrect information passing me on to an After Sales department that didn't reply to e-mail then nobody answered the phones, then eventually somebody told me to return the item. Wasted over a week including delivery time. All I wanted was them to deliver the item I'd actually ordered, I didn't want a cash refund or anything.
They just don't care when they mess up.

Dreadful Service, Poor Quality Product
Long story short:
Ordered wing mirror from Wing Mirror Man in Oct 2019 with their assistance to ensure correct part. Wrong part received, had a missing feature.
They agreed to replace with the correct part which arrived in Dec 2019.
My garage engineer who has a lifetime of experience could not assemble it because one poorly made part would not preassemble correctly. He spent hours, tried everything (by the way, the blurry single A4 instruction sheet was about as much use as a....) - he finally gave up and observed that several other parts were poorly made also.
Dec 31st 2019 I sent in a return for refund request. Dozens of emails with no reply and a lengthy online chat session later, followed by a new member of the return team that also has never replied since the first emails, and here we are. Over 3 months of STONEWALLING and I am £175 out of pocket with a cardboard box of unusable product for my troubles.
Totally unacceptable and unprofessional treatment. Never again, I most heartily DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered a wing mirror cover which arrived and had been painted the colour required but that is where it ends.
The quality is poor with ragged edges around the indicator section and the fastening clips do NOT align with the mirror housing. Trying to get it to align caused three of the clips to break.
I rang their customer service and they have stated that the damage is my fault and therefore they are not willing to help as it's 'not their problem'. I informed them that the damage is due to the product not being fit for purpose and yet they still refuse to budge.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Am still in dispute with this totally hopeless shambles of a company - as everyone else is saying, they sent the wrong wing mirror. They then refused to believe me when I rang to inform them .... then they didn't reply to my request for a returns code ... then they refused to answer any of my emails to the returns dept, and to the after sales service. The truth is that I was told they only supplied one kind of wing mirror for my car even though the invoice cites one version of the mirror (which is what I'd ordered) but the part they'd sent me had a totally different spec on the attached label. I have sent photos of all the evidence but still they wont reply. They are crooks and amateurs and should be shut down asap. Do not attempt to trade with them.

Incorrect Item Sent Twice
I ordered a mirror, which the website showed as having a square electrical connector. I also specified in the notes that it must be the square connector. Arrived with a round connector.
Got a return number and free postage to send it back, with the reason it was incorrect. 0ver 2 weeks later, the replacement arrive with a round connector.
Now sending it back for a refund, as they seem unable or unwilling to verify that it is the correct part, when it is theiir error in the first place.
Very slow delivery, and very poor service overall.
