Bought some rigid PVC vertical blinds, competitively priced and arrived promptly. Look great and are excellent for regularly used French doors to garden access area.

Sadly, after 14 months two of the slats broke where they are hole-punched and fit onto the hanging rail.

I emailed Concept Blinds Direct on Sunday evening notifying them of this problem, received a response from them at 08.32 Monday morning and received replacement slats today, Wednesday, free of charge.

You can judge a company on how it's Customer Service department deals with problems....

Consequently, l rate them as excellent. I'm one fully satisfied customer and will not hesitate in buying from them in the future.

Ordered a perfect fit blind for a single back fench door. Was easy to order and easy to fit. Was very happy so ordered for my further patio French doors. Again service and product was great and easy to fit. Would definitely recommend both company and product. I am also considering returning for neat fit blinds for two windows that can't take perfect fit ones!

Placed an order with concept blinds for 3 wood venetian. The blinds were delivered efficiently and I was kept up to date at all stages of the order. The blinds were just what I wanted, good quality and very stylish. Unfortunately 1 of the blinds had a damaged bracket. I emailed the sales team that evening, had a reply the following morning and had a replacement blind within days. I will definately recommend this company and would use them again if the need arises.

I first ordered venetian blinds from concept in 2010 for all the windows. I was so pleased with the. The service, instructions, delivery and easy fit. So when I needed new blinds this year (only because I decorated) I had no hesitation to go back to Concept. There were absolutely nothing wrong with the old ones and I feel so sad to throw away my primrose blinds.....but in with the new, thank you so much Concept and I will be purchasing new blinds as I progress the decorating.
