Good Service All Around
You know how everything in the UK is sort of half-broken in 2024? GreenNet isn't.
GreenNet appear to have a small team, all of whom know what they're doing and are responsive. Their systems are no-frills, with invoices sent by email, but as such they just... work. When one issue did occur (due to BT, it transpired), I got through to GreenNet immediately without having to wait on hold for an hour, or be passed between different poorly-trained teams, or make my way through a dead-end automated menu. GreenNet diagnosed the issue within fifteen minutes whilst I was on the phone and even arranged to have BT fix the issue on my behalf.
I've worked poorly-paid dead-end jobs and I don't blame the employees of other companies for providing poor service, but the contrast with GreenNet has been just phenomenal. It would be worth going for GreenNet even if they weren't an ethical provider on top of it all (my original reason for going with them).

I Have Used Dial-up For Nearly A Decade With Green
I have used dial-up for nearly a decade with GreenNet and didn't want to switch to another provider for broadband because of the excellent service and support I have been receiving over the years.As soon as GreenNet started to offer broadband I upgraded and have been impressed with their continued valuable support and excellent level of service. I have never received an automated message directing me to different departments, it's always one of their friendly team responding to my queries. For someone new to technology like me, that's invaluable, and I don't think you'll find that anywhere else!
