I placed an order after I was advised that I will get 10 percent off for the first time customer and VAT refund for Canada. I have tried multiple times but they have not bothered to even respond. What a shame, what looked like a great web site and product was tainted by poor customer experience.

Waited 2 weeks for delivery,contacted customer service and complained ans asked for postage refund,1 month later I am still waiting for the refund.

If you want to buy their products go to House of Fraser,the items are cheaper,superb customer service and if you have a local store you can use the click and collect service and save the £4.50 postage.

Peter Werth was an excellent online store, very easy to use and pay for items and very prompt delivery. The shirt is great quality and has washed well - No complaints. The item I purchased was from their sale and had 50% off (original price £40.00 now £20.00) however now I know the brand is high quality, I would not hesitate to pay full price for any item on the site. The site also has a handy blog with subtle fashion advice like what to wear to festivals, competitions and promotions.
