Non Delivery Of Item

I bought what I thought were going to be lovely cupcakes for my boyfriends birthday, however the cakes never showed. Needless to say I was very upset, but mainly sad that my partner received nothing from me on his special day.

I then contacted Bradfords Bakery by email and explained the situation politely, and yes I received a response back with in 24 hours. They apologised and agreed to refund me my money.

Since then I have written a further two emails as it's now been 3 weeks and I've seen NO REFUND or NO REPLY!

If I were you I'd take my business elsewhere. Bradford are an Unprofessional Business!

Ballons For A Great Surprise

I sent my daughter who has been teacher training for 10month in Wales 3 graduation ballons, and free cupcakes. The ordering was so straightforward, delivery marvellous at exactly the right time, and she was delighted, I have sent hampers and ballons before and Bradfords give both excellent value and service,

Do Not Use

Family brought me a cake and ballon set for moving into new house.

Cakes arrived smashed to ribbons, this is after arriving 4 days past the expected delivery date.

Do not use, find it hilarious how bradfords boast their offshore service when they cant even deliver on their own soil.

Appalling Service

Ordered 2 Christmas hampers for relatives in Greece to be sent on 18 December so they would arrive in time for Christmas. They did not arrive. I contacted the company by e mail they said they would respond in 24 hours but on they have not responded. I have tried ringing them but just get an ansafone message saying someone will call me back. I have tracked the parcel and it says they tried to deliver on 28 December but no one was in to receive it. No card was left with my relatives and we are now in limbo not knowing what happens next. I am appalled at this service and stand to lose over £100. I have used other hamper suppliers in the past and this is the worst ever!

Attractive Hamper Arrived - Delicious.

Recently I ordered. Items were packaged well, in attractive red box, with gold/red ribbon. Looks an attractive gift. Delicious Bradbury cherry cake and a raisin cake. Some substituted items (Walkers instead of Bradburys). Also, they advertise - handmade Belgian choices (but not certain they were from Belgium as the ribbon round the choc box said Bradbury's. I think (in their terms/conditions) they do state that they withheld the right to substitute certain items.

Overall -- once the package arrived and opened; it does look like a nice gift. I enjoyed all the food especially the Bradbury products. Delicious. I had ordered "BRADFORDS JUST FOOD MRS BRIDGES GIFT BOX".

Now, whilst I do think a FEW things on the website need 'tweaking' -- the main thing for potential customers to know is that ---- the delivery date you choose [for international deliveries] isn't necessarily the delivery date [so allow a few EXTRA days when selecting). However, for UK deliveries, the day you choose is the day delivery is made.

Tracking is available. I had to request this from Customer Services because the 'link' showing on the website doesn't work. Once they sent me the tracking info from UPS -- I could see what was happening with deliveries both - internationally and in UK. As I said, I just think a few things need 'tweaking'.

I recently ordered 3 hampers in total from Bradburys (one UK, two International). I had never ordered a hamper from any company before. It was my first time. So I was excited at receiving the item; and (as I've said) overall I am pleased. One international recipient was also very pleased. (The other package still to be delivered).

Do Not Use - Worst Service Ever!!

I ordered a birthday hamper for my mother. I was told it would arrive between 9 and 5pm. It did not arrive. I called the office, a very rude woman answered who then put the phone down on me when I kindly asked when my hamper would arrive. I then rang again only for her not to pick the phone up! A note was left on a nearby gate (not my mum's house) the following day and we went to collect our goods. When we trudged down to the post office the hamper had all the wrong goods in it! I emailed and of course received no response or apology. No idea how they are still in business when their goods are supposed to make people feel better not worse!

Amazing Value For Money

Having read all other reviews I was a little skeptical about using Bradford bakers. However I cannot fault the service at all and am more than happy with what was provided! I constantly received emailed updating me on the tracking of my order etc.

Additionally the balloon I ordered was out of stock but I obtained a phone call immediately to chase this issue and change my selection- great customer service which I cannot fault!

The cake and balloons very delivered on time and ii received an email an hour before delivery to co from that someone would be there to pick it up. I was given all of the delivery man's details in case of any issues. Bradford baker's helped in making a very happy birthday boy :)

0 star rating for these people who operate an on-line balloon, hamper and gift service.

I was totally ripped off by them and their Customer Service is disgraceful.

They initially reply to your email indicating a 24hr response but then just ignore you after that. If you call the poor girl employed to answer the phone just repeats herself over and over stating that there is no-body in the office.

I ordered balloons for my daughter's 18th, what turned up was 100% not worth the money. Total rip-off and ruined the surprise.

I have their address, next step is to call round in person for my money back.

No, No No Don't Order From Bradfords Bakers!

this company is disgusting, all I'm going to say is there was a very upset 9 year old girl the day before her birthday party!... This was in June, and even now this company are dodging my emails, calls and skulking in the shadows!

What a disgrace, please think long and hard before you order from Bradfords Bakers, in fact do not think about it at all, there are plenty other cake companies to order from!,,

Upset mother!
