Avoid this lot. Greedy bunch who just want the cash and can't react to changing circumstances. I am sure there are much better out there.

To finish off our house in the countryside in Stirlingshire it was important to get the balconies right, I was very satisfied with Balcony Systems to say the least, order, delivery and most importantly it fitted and was installed with no issue. Ok two minor pieces missing bu were sent to us ASAP. Now house complete and balconies are great.

What I liked the most was the service from the staff and liaison with our house build third parties to ensure dimension were correct, no issues were encountered at all

We were attracted to the Balcony Systems balustrade because it has no bolts or clamps holding the glass in place, uses very few posts and offers an unobstructed view. It has a handrail - which some systems don't, but it is at a perfect height for leaning on whilst standing, and is high enough to give an unobstructed view when seated.

The glass is held in place top and bottom by glazing strips which are an integral part of the handrail, and the low profile base rail which is fixed to the ground - both of which complement the sleek looks without blocking the view.

The product is generally well made with good looks and a feel of very high quality.

Assembly is quite straightforward, although if possible it is probably better to install the fixings before laying a patio.

The balcony 2 handrail is off-centre and has an overhang which I used for fitting outdoor LED light strips. These transform it at night time and it looks terrific. It is not currently part of the product on offer, but with a bit of forward planning and careful modification it is very effective.

I am very pleased with my new Juliet balcony. The installation instructions and associated diagram were as clear as the very clear glass and easy to follow. I chose the Royal Chrome balcony with self-cleaning glass and it looks fantastic. I found Balcony Systems and their product range on the internet after extensive searching. Balcony Systems have been easy to deal with and very efficient. The product was well packaged and delivered quickly. When I needed a diagram emailed to me, it was done quickly. My wife and I are very pleased that we have purchased our balcony from Balcony Systems as it looks great and we're sure the end result will have added value to our house. Excellent value for money.

After some extensive research it became obvious that Balconette offered great value for money. The balcony itself is fantastic quality, we're right on the waters edge where the air is very salty, after a year there is no sign of corrosion. We've had great feedback from our guests who can appreciate the views even more than before. The hand rail is a little more substantial than we'd like as it obstructs the view from certain angles, but is does feel substantial and safe. Having replaced the old window with french doors and a juliet balcony, it really feels like you are part of the outside - highly recommend.

From your glass balustrade we look forty miles across the Herefordshire country side. The view is unimpeded by corner posts and drinking champagne tastes even better out in the fresh air!

Loved the clean simple lines of our Juliette Balcony. The glass really improves our view, and the top rail blends in with the house, (bronze anodised). Friends have commented how smart it looks and what an improvement on the wooden balcony it replaced.

After much research we decided to use Balcony Systems for our new build house. As the location was close to the sea it was imperative that the product had total protection from the salt air as well as modern contemporary looks. We commissioned a large curved balcony and two Juliette balconies and had many conversations with helpful and friendly staff. We were kept informed at all stages of design, ordering and delivery. My wife and I purchased an old 1930s bungalow with the intention of extending and modernising it and after extensive work were looking for a balcony for our bedroom door set. having been in the building trade for many years I knew what type I required and what quality I was looking for.

I looked at and viewed many other glazed balcony systems, both at exhibitions and in Catalogue's but kept coming back to Balcony Systems Ltd.

I decided to take my wife over to thier office so we could both view thier balcony and I could discuss the technical merits of thier product.

I was very impressed with the design and strength of the extrusion and the glazing system used along with the attention paid to us both and the awnsers given to my very demanding questions, especially as we wanted to buy one unit for our home and not many for a building site.

The system they use excelled in every way and more than met the requirements I was looking for and so we decided there and then to place our order with them.

I gave them my sizes and requirements and they quickly e-mailed me a full set of drawings for my acceptance, after realising there was a small problem with my initial rough drawings they revised thier's which meant increasing the glass pannels from 3 to 4 and the re adjusting the bracket

centres, and to my amazement no extra charge was made.

Upon delivery I was again amazed with the care in the wrapping of the metalwork and the frameing of the glass, I fitted the balcony myself ans was impressed with the ease of instalation and rigidity of the completed balcony especially considering the overall length of the unit.

I cannot praise the company and staff enough for the both the helpfull and Professionall maner in which they conducted themselves and helped my wife and I have a very easy journey from start to finnish and finally to a wonderful glass balcony and a perfect end to our project, thankyou.

I recently purchased and self fittted a glass balcony with bronze hand rail from Balconette.co.uk. The service I received from ordering to receiving the goods was excellent. Almost instant responses to any emails I sent, the process involved dealing with 4 different people and I could not fault any of them, very deatailed info regards what stage the order was at etc.

I opted for the fast track service, the balcony was ready within 4 weeks, it was received well packaged and when promised.

The hand rail colour was described as bronze but it is a lot lighter than you may expect. I got samples first and it toned in perfectly with the outside of our house. The product is finished beautifully and easily put together with the instructions received. The online video gives a rough overview but not detailed enough. I emailed to ask a few questions regards the fitting and was promptly sent detailed instructions.

I indicated I was going to use my own courier as they were quoting what I thought was a high price, they then offered me a 30% discount.

Fantastic experience and would recommend this company to anyone.
