Excellent Value For Money And A Great Firm To Deal With.

We had searched for a while to find a tub that met OUR needs , and unlike many more expensive models the Quatrospa filled that gap.

Excellent service from Jason at Sutton spas , who wasnt the least bit pushy and listened to what we wanted and advised accordingly.

Well built and best of all its BRITISH.

Highly recommended and a must for an entry level spa.

The circular design is both practical for socialising and for moving around, and no costly power supplies to install.

Rotospa Quatrospa

We purchased a QuatroSpa direct from the manufacturers a little over a year ago. This followed a factory visit and a very productive meeting with the Sales Director. Delivery was straightforward, it was rolled on site through a standard garden gate by the delivery driver. The Spa has proved to be easy to setup and use and has been great value for money.

After 12 months an issue developed but this was dealt with immediately and very satisfactorily. It is the after sales services that really differentiates a company and RotoSpa were excellent. Karl came on site within a couple of days and resolved the problem in a friendly and professional manner. Thanks Karl – you are an asset to your employers..

Many thanks for a great product and great customer support. I am more than happy to recommend them

Many Thanks......

Hi Jason.

Just a short email to thank you ever so much for the hot tub that now stands in the back garden.....you were right I DO love it and I haven't even been in it yet!

I was so lucky when 'browsing the net' the other week to come across the 'what spa' advert and decided to delve deeper into it and your company came up.

As you know we ordered a round shaped spa from 'red saunas' in February this year with a delivery date of the last week in April only for them to send us an email in March saying that unfortunately they had gone into administration and they could no longer for fill our order.

This was upsetting and what was worse was the fact that in February we had gone ahead and laid down a round shaped base for the size of hot tub we had ordered.

Trying to find a hot tub, not only round but it had to fit within the size of base we had built, well as you can imagine it was a night mare.....but only until I came across your advert in 'what spa' and then everything fell into place for us. We found the Rotospa Quatro Spa would suit our needs perfectly

And what a service Jason?! We were thoroughly delighted with the speed of service you provided for us.

And as for Chris, what a star!!! He not only telephoned us to let us know where he was up to on his way as he delivered elsewhere but when he got here he single handedly maneuvered the hot tub to where it should be.

Fantastic! All we can say is 'thank you Chris, hope the car you went on to pick up after our drop off is everything you wanted it to be, thanks again'!!

I have attached a couple of photos for you Jason to show you where the hot tub is positioned in the garden. As you can see we are still building the workshop that will be attached to the new kitchen extension. The backdoor in the photos will be located inside the workshop. The hot tub will be wired into the workshop and then into a consumer unit using the correct type of wire, my partner, Keith says the wire has to have the same electrical value as the oven hob. In the consumer unit it will have its own RCB. Hoping this will be whats required 'wiring in wise'.....if not you can advise us I'm sure. But as you can see we are a little way off wiring it in yet.

Oh before I forget.....the cheque I sent you for the balance of the hot tub would you believe turned up back here....in a nice little see through bag from the Royal Mail, together with much apologises as the envelope had been damaged in transit and your address was all but none existent. Luckily as it had been a cheque for such a large amount I had written my name and address on the back of the envelope. I wouldn't mind but the letter and the cheque inside weren't damaged at all and if they had gone into the letter they could have sent it on to you but never mind the mystery has been solved.

Thanks Jason once again for a fantastic, helpful quick service. I would have no hesitation in recommending you or your products.

Regards,

Dale.

Really Happy

Bought the Orbis direct from rotaspa, with Jason the sales director meeting us personally. Friendly knowledgable service.

Delivery was prompt and well handled. The only slight complication was we bought a pine log cabin with the spa

And the directions were in German ( though the translation when we found them online were almost as incomprehensible!)

The spa is fantastic and proving its worth

Really good price and British made.

Rotospa Orbis

We've had our eye on an new Rotospa Orbis for sometime now,but had also been looking at second-hand and the maths just did'nt add up,transport cost's and potential for new pump or spa-pack,no warranty etc.

The Orbis was the model that fitted our requirements due to been able to fit through our rear garage door and also 13amp (although only actually 10amp )So i e-mailed Rotospa with an enquiry on an Orbis avaliabilty.

The speed of response was amazing, within 5 mins at 9.30pm!

So i set the ball rolling and purchased a brand new Orbis from Rotospa in granite grey with wood panelling. The Orbis was delivered within 4 working days, again superb.

The Tub is very well made and runs really quietly.

I cannot thank Jason and his team enough for there excellent service and product.Big plus this is a UK product!

I have no doubts we have made the right decision in buying a new Orbis over a second hand tub.

Once again Thankyou ROTOSPA

Purchase And Delivery Of My New Roto Spa

The service provided was 1st class from enquiry to delivery the advisor was very helpful in advising the spa that would suit our specific needs and requirements. Once we had made the purchase the delivery was swift, and the driver was nothing short of exemplory, he was helpful, curtious and helped us start to fill the spa with water to ensure we had no airlocks. The heated up very quickly and the family was able to enjoy the first of the spring sunshine. I couldn't recomend Roto Spa more highly the service has been fabulous.

Cant Be Bothered Attitude Towards Customer Service

Had to call Rotospa as the spa they sent was missing items. They were not helpful did not apologise for their error, just gave off a could not care less attitude and said they would post the missing parts when they could. Not impressed or happy with their service and would not use them again.

Difficult to comment on anonymous reviews such as this with such little information. This customers experience, if genuine, is not reflected across other reviews posted here. If parts were missing, and mistakes can happen sometimes, then posting them out would seem an appropriate course of action. A lack of apology for any mistake would be highly unusual. RotoSpa UK

Rotospa Quatro Spa

We wished to progress from an Mspa inflatable tub, to a hard spa. However, we have very poor access to our rear garden and we did not want to use a crane. My wife is also below average height and does not fit well in the larger spas or the lounger seats as the jets are always in the wrong place.

We searched the internet and stumbled across Rotospa. We arranged to visit the factory to see what was on offer. Our first choice had been the Rotospa Orbis as it fits through a standard doorway and would be an easy solution. However once we saw the Quatro we were hooked. The extra size really sold us. We selected options including the Ozone generator, air blower system, multifunction light and chrome jets.

Jason Smith (Sales) really helped us in the decision making. No high pressure tactics, just simple advise regarding all the pros and cons of running a hot tub and advice with chemicals etc.

athe tub was delivered at the exact day and time agreed. The driver simply wheeled the tub into position, stood it upright and we plugged it into a 13 amp outside socket. Easy!!!!!

Filled it up that evening and it was at 40 degrees the following morning. We have run it constantly for the last few months and try to use it three or four times a week. It is great. The air blower is a good extra to take as it gives a totally different massage.

In summing up, it is a great tub that is easy to use, has proved to be reliable, has a load of different jest settings and we are so pleased we chose it. I loved our Mspa but this is in a different league. Try to get to the factory though and have a look at the full range as you might end up with a different model than you had originally thought, as their are several designs and colours to choose from.

Rotospa Quatro Spa

Having had a Lay Z Spa over the last couple of years me and my family decided that we would take the plunge and get a hard shell hot tub. Having looked around a number of spa's we decided on a round one as we didn't like the idea of being stuck in what looks like bucket seats on most square tubs.

In Feb of this year we made contact with Rotospa and spoke with the Sales Director Jason Smith who invited us to come and look at the model in question. When we arrived at the premises we had a full factory tour and saw how the process started right through to the finished article.

The tub was fully demonstrated and we were given a cost based on a couple of extra's we had decided on. We went on our way to think about it but returned very quickly as it had been by far the best value for money with the right amount of kit we had seen over the last couple of weeks and was exactly what we wanted.

We have now had the tub for over 6 months and can honestly say that it is one of our best purchases of recent times. The controls are really easy to use as are the jet diverters and you can, if you like getting boiled, set the temperature un to 41.5c

If your are thinking of purchasing a Rotospa go direct to the manufacturer, you will not be disappointed as other makes of hot tubs are at least another £2000 on top of what you will pay for a Quatro Spa!

Q&A

Teddysnan

Can you turn the heater off but leave the pump running?

Jfisher8

Our roto spa is only working on high. If we turn high off we lose power. What's going on?

Piscines

We have a customer who has a spa Quatrospa, we think that the electronic board does not function any more. Could you give us the price for a new electronic board with the expenses of delivery for Belgium?

familyhenderson

We have a 2007 RotoSpa, great unit, kids left unit on with low water, I refilled, now pump only surges off/on . Any ideas what I can do? I contacted factory but they may have an answer Monday? Minus 20c here in tiny, I don't want it to freeze and I like using it at that temperature. The filter was dirty, but even with it removed still surges.
