Absolutely appalling quality and customer service... have been back so many times to fix my blinds I have lost count! Once out of warranty they don’t care. Had engineer out to repair one blind (again) and inspect another that looked faulty to me. He said blind was fine.... if broke next time I used it. They came and took the blind away (again) and I spent 5 months chasing the return. Went the brought it back it didn’t fit and they had to take it away.... again.

When I questioned the invoice it was basically tough luck pay or we will take you to court....

Avoid these guys at all costs.

First order was great. One month later ordered some more. Had to wait quite a while, finally received terrible quality blinds, had to return all of them, still waiting for a fix. Been 6 weeks so far.

ordered three blinds all have been wrong and controls on wrong side or not working had to wait for re order and still wrong. very poor

After reading all the great reviews on review centre I decided to go with British Blinds and called to arrange someone to come and see us. Over a period of three weeks I called twice chasing an initial contact and have still not received even a courtesy telephone call. If a company can't even contact for initial business then that doesn't bode well for any customer service after they've installed so I will not be using them.

I used Tim Casey from British Blinds to provide vertical blinds for my new home in Watford. The blinds were good value, arrived in advance of the scheduled time and were fitted perfectly very soon thereafter. Dealing with BB was a pleasure - something which is quite unusual these days. I have no hesitation in recommending the company. Thank you.

We were looking for two blinds for our living room. One for the main window and a large blind for the patio doors. As usual I took a look at this site before deciding and phoned British blinds on the back of the good reviews. I would love to say I also had a wonderfull service, however to do that they would actually need to give me the respect of phoning me back. After been promised "a call back shortly" nothing happened. Phoned again the next day and informed them I had not had a reply, again my details were taken in a fairly surly manner without and apology and again promises made to phone me back, i'm still waiting. maybe two blinds were not worth their time.

This is a great place to shop for curtains and blinds that i didn't know even existed and I have lived in Baildon nearly all my life. If you live in or around Baildon or the Guiseley area and you are looking for blinds and curtains then you need to visit this place - seriously. I have already told my mother to go there next time she wants curtains. It is on an industrial site at Hollins Hill which is quite hard to find, but it blows you away once you are there. I was speaking to the owners only yesterday and i have told them to advertise this place - it's amazing

British Blinds have completed a set of motorised roller blinds in my bay window and i am over the moon with them. I am now saving up for the rest of the house, probably the bedroom next but i want them everywhere and now. I am totally hooked on these blinds. Thank you so much for showing me this product which i had no idea even existed. Thanks Paul for all your help

After reading reviews on this web site, I telephoned British Blinds for blinds for my newly built conservatory. I didn't know what to choose - i asked for help and the advice i got was truly fabulous. I hadn't contemplated all the different styles - I was looking for roman blinds and in the end i ended up with uniview roller blinds in a slate grey colour.

By far the best choice i could have made. THESE BLINS ARE FABULOUS - they keep the heat out and have transformed the room from a sauna temperateure to a useable room - where i can actually sit and eat - which was its intended purpose from the outset.

I am now looking to do my bathroom and possibly utility room with this same fabric - i love it to death and are so so pleased I took advice from British Blinds. I cannot thank them enough for their help. Great guy and great assistance - they cannot do enough to help.

Very very highly recommended to anyone looking for blinds and expert advice.
