Better Of Going Elsewhere!!

Refund on order not supplied. Phone calls to chase this up result in promise of a return phone call on a number of occasions but this never happens. Emails sent with no replies, I can confirm that money is taken for orders even though some items my be unavailable, and this is when refunds become an issue. Am now looking at legal options.

8 sockets of a single type ordered - what arrived consisted of two different styles!

Light switch faulty.

My request for a refund has been completely ignored.

Had to go to Screwfix.

£80+ down the toilet.

Not worthy on one star, but I wasn't allowed to enter zero.

Order not delivered to address. Had to collect from Depot!

Order incorrect. Goods and invoice within the delivery box differed! Consequent expense to me as electrician lost time before he could work!

QVS Customer service response lax and only after many phone calls and emails!! Would never use QVS online services again.

One of the worst company I ever know. Very poor customer service , goods has never arrive , had problems to get my money back!!! terrible experience!!!

Goods Damaged Or Late

First couple of orders went ok, then items received damaged, now the latest order still not received despite an email confirming their dispatch 10 days ago. No good when you've got customers waiting.

do not use this company they stock very poor quality goods; the staff i have dealt with have little or very poor product knowledge and if you want

technical info on a lot of products it is very hard to source as they are imports and the staff have little or no access to this information.

The stock holding is kept to a bare minimum i guess this is why people from these other reviews are waiting so long for goods.

Really poor customer service and very poor quality goods i will never use them again

4 Weeks And Still No Delivery.

Ordered online, and after waiting a week I started using their contact form, but with no real answers, I started to telephone, 5 times already over past 3 weeks, including to managers. If you really want something, I suggest you don't use their online order system because there is NO information on availability. Instead telephone to check availability before placing order to avoid the hassle and time I spent. Now going into week 5, I'm waiting for yet another call back. I wish I checked Review Centre before I place my order online: I now see many with similar dispatch and delivery problems.

Where Is My Order

I placed an order 1 week ago, no goods, I have not received a dispatch note or an update as to the reason for a delay in my order. I have sent 2 emails and still have not had a response.

Shoddy Products And Abysmal Customer Service

After two seemingly satisfactory transactions a 3rd order resulted in a late delivery that contained an aerial mast that was damaged and that the order had allegedly been delayed to "replace". Also included was a battery charger which was of poor quality and the one I eventually replaced it with from a reputable supplier indicated the original was also faulty. Of the four rechargeable batteries supplied one was defective (unusable) and the other three do not hold their charge.

I received a couple of "polite" but totally ineffective responses to my e-mails then further e-mails were totally ignored.

Any supplier can be in the position of having goods arrive at the customer in a defective or damaged state but if this is handled reasonably then any problems can be resolved I have found.

This company has displayed a total lack of interest in this matter and so I assume they are happy to charge customers for defective and damaged goods.

Do not deal with these people.
