Never Cold With A Gas Fire.
When we ordered our new gas fire we were very pleasantly surprised as to the helpfulness of the staff we encountered at SNH. They guided us through our needs and answered our questions( which there was a few) and at all times were very understanding, polite, and offered more assistance if we needed it. A breath of fresh air to use this company. When we "resorted" to the email route we were promptly replied to and offered further help should we have needed it. The cost involved was also much cheaper than other sources we nearly had the misfortune to use !
Well done to all concerned, keep up the good work.

Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced
I would not give this company even 1 star as I would not deal with Flues2U (Trading as SNH)again. We ordered a flue pipe from here on a Monday. I phoned before just to make sure it was in stock even though it states online that everything is in stock. The guy assured me it was. I placed the order on Monday morning as it stated 1-2 days delivery (not approx) but 1-2 days. We needed the pipe asap and as they seemed to be the shortest delivery time we took the plunge. Not ordering from a local company as they said possibly 3 days. Anyway we organised for the fitter to come on Thursday. He had come the week before but had the wrong part so this was already rescheduled. When the pipe had not arrived on Thursday I telephoned the company. They could not find the order and when they phoned back with some excuses they said it would not be there till the next day. The guy was not at all helpful and did not admit any responsibility at this time at all. NO humble apologies for their mistakes(which by my customer service experience can do a lot of good) As it turns out when i phoned the next day after various ill attempts online to get some satisfaction i was faced with yet again what seems to be their trade phrase "what do you want me to say!!!" No one seemed to want to take any responsibility for the late order despatch and infact they started blaming the courier who was not to blame as it turned out the item had not even been sent out until the Thursday. They also at one point said maybe it was due to the fact it was not in stock at the time!!! Hmm strange when it states all items in stock and I had checked. Finally they they decided to blaming the fact i lived in a remote area (according to them) it would not be here till Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
The woman I spoke to like the others had no customer service skills what so ever. In fact at one point she even said Jesus on the phone, as I seemed to be annoying her so much in my attempt to get someone to take responsibility for the error THEY had made and come to some admission that they had in fact caused us financial loss (with the fitter having to be turned away again and inconvenience due to the fact he now cannot come back for 2 weeks.) The only thing they offered was to cancel the order which I wish I now had as it turns out we could have got a pipe from the local firm cheaper and it would have been here on Thursday.. Unfortunately by the time that we found out it was already the Friday so was too late to order. also I was not sure they would refund the postage which was almost £5.
So after not getting any satisfaction from three of the staff they agreed they would get a director to phone me which has never happened.. So the long and short is DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU REQUIRE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. or you expect a delivery in 1-2 days as stated.

Ordered the above on Wednesday and it was delivered the next day. Unfortunately on opening the box it was discovered that one of the radiants was broken however an snh sales personnel did her utmost to have replacements sent out. Excellent after sales service. Thanks

Wouldnt Post To Ni Even Though Says So On The Website And Ch
im still waiting on a refund they took £608 out of my account and its been 2 weeks. They issued a refund with no warning even though i was able to checkout on the website and select my home as a valid area for postage. now im out £600 and still waiting. terribly bad business not posting to somewhere even though its listed on their website.
I still stand by my review. No where on your website was it stated that this item was not available to northern ireland. i had to wait a full 2 weeks before recieveing my money back. You should easily be able to restrict the purchase of this item on your website given the selected postage.
Regardless i was able to find the same stove £145 cheaper on a different website and they DID post to N.Ireland for £28. that even cheaper than you post to the mainland....
Unfortunately we are unable to ship certain items to Northern Island and can not take this delivery option from the website. As you have stated in your review you were emailed as soon as the order was processed and you would have been refunded at the time which is normal practise. You are implying we have taken your money and not sent the goods which clearly is not the case. If you have not recieved your refund please contact us on 01843 842727 and we can check this, without an order reference we are unable to comment further. It is a small Trader, seems mainly working on Commission basis,
Ordering from other Retailers. Untrustworthy, Non-transparent dealings.
NOT RECOMMENDED - BEWARE IF YOU CAN.
All fires supplied are brand new not returns as you are implying. We can not collect or reund a fire that has been on a building site and in your possesion for nearly 30 days after being signed for in good condition.
