I have never been engaged in a scump companny such as this. I have been promised for the delivery to be dispatched for 3 months and they stopped responding to any of my messages. I had made the payment through paypal and after i made a complaint, the case was closed in favour of me. i was then fully refunded.

A complete waste of time and disaponting experience for online purchases.

Website states 5-7 days delivery, don't expect to receive in less than 4 weeks, sent numerous emails to this company which they did respond with the same lies that previous reviewers received in 2011. If you are prepared to wait they are one of the cheapest suppliers I found, but I would pay a couple of £ more next time to receive on time

They claim 7-10 days for bespoke blinds, I'm still waiting after 3.5 weeks. They claim factory problems have caused the delay, but I'm not holding my breath.

Customer serivices is non existent. Tried to ask a query before placing an order but the phone just goes to voicemail 24/7. No reply to my emails so I'm not confident in placing an order and giving my card details. Will shop elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, the proof they dont care about customers is that the only way to contact their "customer service" is by email only, altho you can phone to place your order!!!

Took over a month to send my blinds, then the headrail was too short, also the wrong type of headrail, the matching fabric vallance was too short, they should have stacked to the left but instead split in the middle, so all in all a load of rubbish.

Learn from me, AVOID THIS RUBBISH COMPANY WHO DOESNT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Contacted the company three times in different ways for provision of blinds throughout my whole house in Leicestershire. They never got back to me, despite me complaining that they hadn't.

the blinds were ordered and delivered within 48 hours,easy to assemble and look stunning.

The communications were accurate & professional-will definitely buy from again
