I attempted to book a flight through traveldaddy website they didn't mention the flight would be pending an acceptance offer from their Airline. I put my credit card & personal info on their website thinking it was a legit company. They never sent me an email with flight itinerary or confirmed flight so I called them. They looked up my reservation and transferred me to anther department to tell me the airline didn't have my class of seats. It didn't mention any such thing when they gave me the price. They made it seem as if that was the price and they had the inventory with the Airline. They quoted me a higher price with another airline. The also had 4 other offers same price for the same Airline but didn't offer same Airline as a counter option leaving me to believe the company is a sham. Don't put your personal info into their website you will just expose your personal information with out a Flight. Warning!

I was looking for a travel buddy to go to eastern europe these holidays, while searching I came upon traveldaddy's blog and logged on to the site from there. What I really liked was the ease with which I was able to locate so many travel buddies interested to go to same place.

Cons for the site - Its still in beta, so I found a few discrepancies. Which I guess will be smoothed in some time.

I chanced upon Traveldaddy sometime back, as I was looking for a travel buddy to Malasiya. It seemed like a new site, therefore I was apprehensive to post on it.. but I anyways did to improve my scope of finding a buddy quickly. Finally I did get few excellent responses for joining the trip and I was happy.

The site is quite simple and easy, atleast I found it to be, moreover it offered researching the destination before going there, with reviews and tips which was really helpful.

I was looking for a late deal for the 1st weekend in August, I fancied Turkey. Everyone I contacted quoted me the 1st for £750 plus for a week! I know it was peak season but Traveldaddy got me a 4 star+ holiday to the Royal Marin in Gumbet for £510 all inclusive.

Offered me the more expensive stuff that everyone else offered as well but sold me on that the tour operator Goldtrail were a leading specialist to Turkey and offered better deals than anyone.

I had to collect the tickets from the airport so they emailed me the detals within half hour of booking, but there were no hold up's, no check in queue. we flew with Onur Air which i'd never heard of, the crew were all Turkish, but just as good as your easyjet or thomas cook infact I did notice they were really good with the kids and kept them quiet for the whole flight which was a real bonus!

All in all friendly service, fantastic prices, would really recommend and travel with traveldaddy again.
