This company took payment months in advance. Rang them 30mins beforehand, as per instructions, and they had no booking recorded. It's 4am, no alternative but parking in the Bristol Airport multi-storey as the long stay car park is closed for renovation. One week parking cost £330 thanks to this disreputable bunch. No response to numerous emails. Expect Small Claims Court proceedings to follow shortly. Avoid at all costs

We provided the wrong tel. number which they sorted with one call. Greeted at airport as expected. Gave them the wrong time for collection and they sorted it in 20mins. Found them very helpful and obliging. Wary of the bad reviews, I was pleased that Forge provided a no nonsense great value service.

Short trip to Dublin booked Thurs to sat. Returned then first said didn't have a booking for us. Then said yes we're on system, finally found our car. We were ready at 2330, they turned up 01:30. Supposed to be meet and greet. Disgusting service, please do not use.

It’s hard to know where to start! We phoned 30 minutes before arrival at the airport, went to ansaphone three times. Eventually got through and in fairness the driver was there to pick the car up. No check was undertaken on car condition or mileage. Phoned when landed, I was told that they would be late delivering the car back owing to it being blocked in, this despite the flight being delayed by one hour! Waited 40 minutes and the car finally arrived. Again no condition or mileage check. Told that there was no exit ticket, that we didn’t need one as it was number plate recognition, it wasn’t, had to pay £5 to get out. Be aware you will have to pay an extra £10, £5 in, £5 to get out. No hint of an apology. Be very, very wary of this company.

The Forge Meet & Greet do not live up to expectations. I booked a 2 o'clock slot, unfortunately due to traffic I was 30 minutes late. It took 4 calls before they answered the phone. When I informed them of the delay they were most unhelpful. They told me as I was late they already had booking for the 2:30 and 3:00 slot that I would have to wait. I was already upset and worried about my flight and their attitude made the situation worse although I did make my flight.

When I returned I phoned them twice after I had passed through security and was told to go to the pick up area they would be 10 minutes. I stood outside in -2 for 25 mins. When I spoke to the driver he said he was only asked to take the car to the airport 5 mins before.

Also it is not clear from their advert that the £5.00 entrance and exit fee was to be paid by me until I had booked and paid for the service. If I had known that it would cost an additional £10 I would not have used them

They are careful to hide the fact that there is no refund policy. There is zero communication - no response to any emails . I used them before and it you ring the given mobile number the bloke will not be able to assist - there is no other contact number. I'd be amazed if the way the business runs is legally compliant with trading standards.

I paid for FORGE MEET AND GREET BRISTOL to meet me at the airport and collect my car. I paid for 14 days parking. They say to call when you are 30 mins away so they can meet you there. Well after 29 phone calls from my wife and 7 calls from me ( total 36 calls with messages to call back) we had no response. We even went into the drop of point to see if they were there in case their phone had died or something. No one was there to meet us. I even had one of the other meet and greet companies that were there phone them as they knew them. They also went to answer phone.

In the End we were forced to put our vehicle in the long stay car park as this was the only option available. After our holiday I collected my vehicle and paid the £255.00 for the privilege. I left emails as well as the phone calls and still after 18 days had not one response. Fortunately I will be taking this to my credit card company to seek a full refund since FORGE MEET AND GREET are not responding.

Please never use this company.

Left waiting 25 mins for car to arrive. Would've been quicker to walk across the road to the airport car park.

I made a booking online and the money was taken immediately. Even after 5 phone calls over a 6 week period I could not get a written e-mail confirmation of the booking or the drop off location (e-mail was apparently not working properly for that whole period) but I was assured that I was in the system. It was only when I rang 30 minutes before arrival that the extra £5.00 cash was mentioned that was required by the driver to get the car out of the short stay drop-off zone. Obviously, there was a further £5.00 to get the car out of the same area when it was dropped back at the end! I had to ask for some paperwork before the car was taken away otherwise I would have had no proof of who had taken my car. I will not be using this service again!

The company advertise as the cheapest parking in Bristol but after you have paid you notice the extras that are in the small print for example the £5 that you have to give to your driver when he collects your car. When I asked to cancel- it can't be done and the full amount would be taken.
