Refused To Replace Faulty Bath Panel - Avoid
The bath panel I bought started flaking paint within a few weeks. When I contacted the same person on the same email address under the same branding as when I bought it I was told that the company had had a pre-pack administration and the new owner of the Bathroom Village brand would not replace the panel. It appears that the new owners have no interest in supporting the reputation of the brand they bought, which is rightly mud. STEER WELL CLEAR

Good Prices But Awful Delivery And Customer Service
Agreed to pay an extra £25 for a guaranteed delivery of Thursday, because our bathroom fitters were leaving on Friday, and goods didn't arrive until the following Tuesday.
They refused to refund extra £25 delivery charge and customer service were most unhelpful. Reading other reviews elsewhere they clearly have problems with deliveries being lat, goods received damaged etc. Will not use them again, there are plenty of other good companies out there.

First Class Service
Ordered a replacement soft close toilet seat for our downstairs cloakroom. The price was the best on offer and the order was followed up with a phone call to say the goods were being delivered in a few days. I then received an email telling me exactly what time within an hours framework when this would be. Excellent service and friendly staff.

They recommended I should have a certain size shower tray which was very expensive
It looked awful the size they recommended
Because we took it out of the box they would not give a refund or money back on any other item
They originally told me this was a best seller which they tried to sell for me second hand and after 3 months they could not sell it
Went back to shop to pick up the tray which then they didn't even give it back in the box
Winterstoke rd branch was awful service and would recommend anyone to go to the plumb centre instead

Poor Customer Service
We bought bathroom furniture from them online. Out of 7 items 2 were faulty and 1 had incorrect bits. We contacted them just before Christmas to arrange warranty replacement. Unfortunately they were unable to do anything until the New Year as apparently manufactureres were closed during that period. Now couple of weeks later we are still waiting for the replacements. They want to save money on shipping so they will not ship the items as they are available and we need to wait for one part. They guys in the Plymouth office don't seem to be worried about the grief they cause by delaying it. Think twice before using them.

They Don't Keep Their Word
Repeatedly told order was to be delivered next week. After 4weeks of this nonsense had to cancel order. Refund was not forthcoming and I was told I would need to wait till next week for that too. Had to go through bank to get my card refunded. Avoid this company.

Excellent Customer Service
I made a substantial heritage purchase last November from bathroomvillage.com. Because of the amount of product I was buying i contacted them by email to ensure I was buying the correct parts etc. The response was quick and communication was clear and they provided advice on the parts I needed. Everything arrived on time. The after care has been excellent as I had some small damage on a part which was quickly replaced. My plumber stupidly threw away some parts and bathroomvillage helped to advise me which parts I needed and where I could buy them from. Definitely recommend.

Good Products But Terrible Delivery &customer Service
The products i bought were expensive but good quality however the customer service and the salespeople are shocking. They are disinterested, quite rude and obviously have no idea about customer service and satisfaction. The delivery drivers were abrupt and unelpful and huffed and puffed about delivering even after giving them £20 tip. Surely its their usual job therefore not quite sure why they were whinging.
I had a return which I was made to feel was my fault and the salesman interrogated my to try and make me say it was my fault. I pointed out that it didnt matter whose fault although they should have realised i had the incorrect part at the time of purchase and perhaps tried to explain this fact at point of sale. Anyway from then on the emails were pretty much lacking any courtesy and when i had to go into the shop to pick up the salesman was offhand and lacked any courtesy - having spent just shy of 4k on a bathroom i expect better. would i use again - NO and would i recommend - NO . you can get quality bathrooms elsewhere and actually have a better experience. Sorry bathroom village I expected better!

New Plymouth Store
Popped in to have a look at new shop that had opened after seeing it transformed over the weeks while waiting for my daily bus.
Was amazed by the large selection of displays they had, just a shame I'd only redone my bathroom couple of years ago. Although I did buy a shaving mirror quality was so much better then the ones you buy else where even comes with a ten year guarantee.
Will definitely be telling friends of the new shop!
