Swim Spa Is Nothing But Problems
I bought the dual zone 19ft Swim Spa last In June 2016. When I signed delivery was in 6 weeks. In 5 weeks I call to confirm and they then had no clue. Ended up taking 12 weeks. Heater on hot tub broke in month 1, then again in month 3, then again month 6 , then again 1 day later...panels fell apart within months. Topside control is now broken...support and quality of product are terrible.

Make Sure You Read The Small Print In All Paperwork!
Should you decide to purchase a spa product from this company make sure that you see all the paperwork before you give them a dime. It should be clearly understood that the customer has no rights to question the product after the paperwork is signed. And, should a buyer purchase and receive a product that is not what is expected, the customer is wrong in expressing their concern(s).
sounds like a dealer issue not a manufacturer issue...........Premium Leisuer does not sell direct to the public

Worst Company Ever
We are finally trying to get the hot tub we purchased up and running. Filled it up and all the water leaked out….tightened the drain plug…still losing water. Called Larry at Premium Leisure in Florida (ext 288)….won’t do anything until I take the thing apart, find the leak, take a picture and then and only then will he search for a repair company to come and fix it. I know nothing about taking the panel off or finding a leak and apparently the “warranty” only covers the parts. This is very disappointing considering how much it cost and this is a brand new spa PR881. By the way, Larry is not helpful! This company does not stand behind their warranty. They do not care about their customers. I called customer service for days before getting in touch with someone.
Our pool company does not work on spas. I called another spa company and they won’t do warranty work for Premium because “they don’t get paid” and charge a $125. Service call plus 1.50 a mile round trip. They said that premium has a history of not paying their service providers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND BUYER BEWARE.
I am pretty sure that If you verify that your leak is other than the hand tightened couplers and an actual faulty component. .the labor to fix the problem will be provided
Taking off the panel is simply renoving some screws
Lefty loose righty tight
As with all manufacturers your responsibility to ensure the the coupler are tight and the slide values are open, as they can move with transportation. ..maybe you are barking up the wrong tree and should be posting your negative reviews on your dealer

Awesome Spa Tons Of Power
So Glad I went with premium Leisure spa's best tub I have ever been in. Great service and comparing Apples to Apples no one else was in the game
Hopefully you'll never have a problem with your spa because then you'll understand the bad review as the customer service from this company is the worst in the industry

Very Happy With My Model 851.
About 18 months ago, we purchased a spa, model 851. We couldn't be more pleased with it. We live in a colder winter climate, (Chicago) and use the spa all winter long. We we pleasantly surprised by how energy efficient it is. In the coldest months, set at 104 degrees, it added a little more than a dollar a day to our electric bill. The spa looks and performs beautifully. This spa is a replacement for one that was shipped, and after several weeks, we noticed some fine hairline cracks along on side of the spa. It took a total of one call to our sales rep, to have someone come out and look at the issue. It was determined that it was damage from shipping. The spa was picked up, and a new one delivered as promised, with zero issues. I highly recommend Premium Leisure. From sales rep to the delivery and pick up drivers, I have had nothing but great service with a great spa.
This was actually the cabinet panel. .but if it wasnt it would have been taken care of the same way.
I know because I am the dealer

Fantastic Spa.
Ive always had a spa (35years) and nothing has compared to this one. With the comfort power and low maintenance. I just love It!!!! My father in law just bought one also and he loves it. Also the you barley even notice the electricity cost. Amazing product! Best spa I've ever had.

If You Know How To Do Repairs Its A Good Deal
Great looking and functioning hot tub. In order to keep it in shape I continue to have to do many repairs, Below is the list. Th e good thing is that all the parts are made by different spa part manufacturers so you can them everywhere.
1) stereo speakers: both died after a year, you can order them online cheap, they are generic, do not order from the company direct because you will pay almost double
2) Topside control (the digital display control pad) went blank after 2 years. You can replace this easily too, I removed the old one and googled for the replacement part
3) Pump 2 bearings blew after 3 years: You can replace these yourself , watch youtube videos ( I needed to buy a bearing puller and strap wrench). The sealed bearings on the rear back side of motor had died and it was a screeching sound, you can remove the pump (dry and wet end) and replace the bearings yourself they are less than $10 each. I replaced both since I had it all disassembled.
4) Several Jets began to fly out of there recess: They are made by Waterway so you can order them yourself and replace.
5) Waterfall shutoff dial broken after 3 years: haven't fixed this yet
6) Subwoofer stopped running: haven't fixed this yet
This is my 3rd hottub, I would buy it again, its alot of hottub for what I paid.

Leisures Edge Le850
Owned for about 4 years and have had just about everything go bad on unit.
Called customer service for latest issue and the guy was not friendly at all. Lots of headaches with this hot tub. I owned my last hot tub for 11 years and only had one minor problem. It was still working fine when I sold it with the house...
Save Your Money
Have owned my LE 852 for a little over a year. Within first few months started leaking and was repaired. I was told that this was a factory defect and that they were correcting it. LED lights began to function improperly a repair was made which lasted about a month. Continued to malfunction and after several attempts to correct I was told that it was out of warranty. Lights never worked for a continual 90 days. Most recently, MP3 player does not work from reading other reviews think I'll just play my mp3 on a wireless waterproof speaker. Avoid these tubs.
Q&A
I have a leak somewhere. The water is dropping about a foot and it appears it could be the seal around one of the jets. Any recommendations on how to verify where the leak is?
Previously, I had a similar problem when the small lights plastic cover popped off and left an open hole for the water to go out of.
Is Premium Leisure LLC the same company that makes Pinnacle Spas? Is so does anyone know what Control Pack they use in their PN 850? This is a 2014 model. Thanks
