This company is a complete and utter joke they told me they had sorted out my new broadband company and everything had gone through but nothing happened I chased and chased all’s I was given were excuses and told it was the broadband companies fault I would definitely not recommend them at all

first this company signed me up with british gas and they told me its fine, everything has gone through but it didnt go through, they fail to email me to let me know and left it until i received an out of contract invoice which then i had no choice but to renew my contract with my current supplier so it can back dated then this company fail to mention MOP, DC & DA charges would over £70 per month!!!

dont use broker!!

Promised to switch my utilities seamlessly

Switch did not happen on date it was supposed to

I only found out from a letter from my supplier that it did not happen

I had to ring the supplier to find out the details of why it had not happened and get the correct dates

Then told Make it Cheaper and even then it did not happen. I only found out the second time when we were put on variable rate

I had to contact Make it Cheaper again to finally get the transfer done

What is the point of a broker when I had to do all the work myself

Make it Cheaper should have known that the switch did not happen and sort it out

The agent promised to email me or telephone me to ensure progress but never did so

We have had an absolutely awful experience with this company. Read the contracts thoroughly as you may be signing more money away than you expected! Once we queried the ambiguous terms and conditions and stated that we were not signing up we have been bombarded with telephone calls and emails. Very arrogant salesman who ends up shouting down the phone, not a nice experience at all.

As the title says they do the hard work and get the best current deal for you what's not to like the guys you talk to are knowledgeable and efficient

Really delighted that it felt like a genuine company woth real values. Felt like it was a company ' For People' not to scam them. Have already recommended them ☺
