Great Price - Follow Thru Prompt

They came up the lowest for a trip to Australia by $600. I was leary due to reviews. I figure if problems my CC would cover me. I did ticket late Saturday and got a reply it was booked and information was the same. An eticket would follow but when nothing on Sunsay I got concerned due to reviews. Airline showed it was booked but not paid. Airline said that is normal woth 3rd party bookings and would probably post in 24-36 hrs. So I emailed and left messages foguring it was a Sunday! Monday they had emailed me back, gave me airlines confirmation numbers. Also showed up on CC. Next day I also got a call making sure all was okay!

I have 2 months before flight but expect no problems as airlines confirmed and let me choose seats. I find most complaints center around cancellation or changes. Their policies are quite clear about those issues. I am a traveling nanny so maybe I just understand followups!

Avoid Avoid Avoid!

My sister booked holiday with them airports changed constantly not consulted about this, wrong no.rooms booked, baggage not booked, paperwork horrendous, price changes without consultanting her. This was a late booked family holiday my sister was very very stressed as the number of problems occurring were continious if it had not been for the fact we would be disappointing the kids it would have been cancelled. When raising issues she was more or less called a liar she sent email asking for conversation of phone calls that they said they had to be passed on to her they said they were not obliged to do so and as far as they were concerned the complaint was closed and not opened to any further discussion. I will be posting bad review on every site I can as would not like any other family to go through the same thing. Do not book through this company!

They Don't Answer Phone Or Return Emails Or Calls

I purchased tickets searching on Momondo.com and GoTravel123.com came up with a good fare to Italy from LAX. The fare was as promised. We had to cancel our trip due to a death in the family early and I called them for assistance on the second portion of our trip back to the U.S. I have called them at least five times and I have emailed them also several times. They have not EVER answered their phone, returned a phone call or responded to an email. If the fare hadn't been good, I would have given them one star. Not impressed.

Unprofessional Untrustworthy Avoid!!!!

Do not book with these guys as there complete lack of attention to detail WILL cost you on your holiday.

Wrong names........

Wrong ages.........

Wrong baggage allowance......

Wrong booking details.....

All these come to light once you have booked or arrived at the airport or hotel.

They will do anything not to help and show no compassion as they have had their money.

Pay a little more for that peace of mind and do not deal with them along with The Travel Service Group.

The agent inparticular isnt a nice guy and dont believe a word he says.

Terrible Service

They didn't notify us if a change in schedule by the main carrier so we missed our connection and faced and still facing countless problems . .rude customer service once confronted and not taking responsibilities never book with them

I Was Literally Hung Up On After Asking To Cancel My Ticket.

I booked at ticket and tried to cancel it within 24 hours and was after multiple messages, email, and calls. No one ever contacted me back. When I did reach another one of there companies they said they would charge me a fee to cancel anyway and when I stsrted questioning the fee the guy started talking over me and then hung up!! This is the worst customer service department ive ever dealt with. Trust me, they are shoddy at best. You have been warned. Dont believe me, try calling them on any one of their multiple numbers.

Fantastic Problem Resolving

After booking my plane tickets to Ireland, I realized British Airways overcharged me. I called GoTravel123, had to leave a voice message regarding my issue, and waited for someone to call me. An hour later Gene called and I explained my issue. Gene said he knows what happened but needed to speak with someone else. About 20 minutes after that, Gene called back stating BA changed their prices after my purchase. To correct this issue, Gene used a secure deposit method with Chase Bank to refund me the difference in minutes. I am so please by the quick and responsive resolution to the problem that I will definitely use them again for future travels.

Excellent Price, Ok Service

I was directed to Gotravel123 from Momondo.com, which had the lower prices than any of the other 7 travel sites I looked at. I was hesitant to use the service at first, after reading the reviews on this site. But after reading their terms and conditions, their model seemed clear. I would either get the tickets (Seattle -> Brussels, Brussels -> Athens, Athens -> Seattle) at the original price quoted or they would not charge me and give me the option to buy the tickets at a the updated price.

I bought the tickets using the Gotravel123 website. That went smoothly, though they did ask for the name and number of the bank that issued our card, which I've never had happen before.

Right after I bought the tickets, I called their office to ask when my tickets could be confirmed. The guy I spoke with was abrupt, but happy to help me. He finalized everything in a few minutes while I was on the phone with him. He said that he wished everyone would just call after making their reservations. After our call was over, I checked my reservations with the airlines (just to be sure) and all our flights were confirmed.

Overall, this website isn't the easiest to use. But it was far and away the best deal for us (by about $800). I'll update this post later after the trip goes through.

Unprofessional/ Laughable

Most legitimate companies don't answer the telephone with "hello...". Another flag is when you're discussing a previous conversation you had with another agent, and the immediate response is, "they no longer work here", before even giving the agent's name. I'd assume the owners of this company care about it as much as their management, because I can't understand why their management is still employed.

Confusing Call, Terrible. Do Not Use.

I booked an online flight for one of our employees wives for a Roundtrip from Europe to the USA and then a month later to return back to Europe. (This employee is working on a temporary visa) thru:

Within 2 hours I just got a REALLY strange phone call from some man that sounded Russian but had a New York phone number, saying he is with the website I booked plane tickets through(it took me about 5 minutes to figure out what he was even talking about) - he said something about if the flight changes he has to pay it out of his pocket(i'm sorry WHAT?!) and that we have to book through Scandinavian Airlines directly, since I am not related to the person flying and he is not 'comfortable' with me using a corporate company credit card.

He wouldn't listen to anything I said, and then said he was canceling the flight. I received a cancellation email within a minute of him hanging up on me.

SO WEIRD. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

how is this even still an active business? Get off the internet.
