Appalling Customer Service!

I placed an order for an awning 2 months ago. When I placed the order, the only confirmation I had was from my Pay Pal receipt - nothing at all from Riversway. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks, and no sign of my order, I phoned, to be told they were waiting for stock. Weeks later, I had to call again, to be told they were still waiting, but I could choose an alternative . I said I wanted to wait for the ittem I had ordered. Finally, 2 months after after placing my order, I contacted them again to say it was discontinued and that I should have received a refund ( no refund given). Shocking service!

Good Price & Quick Delivery

Purchased a Fiamma Caravanstore at a price much lower than any on other websites. Unlike some others who have left reviews I cannot fault Riversway Leisure.

Never Never Never Again!

Ordered and paid for a fairly big budget item that I needed within a tight timescale. The item was advertised as in stock with a very short delivery date.

Delivery date came and went, promises of revised delivery date, just within my deadline, subsequently revised. Still waiting but they have my money and are living on the interest.

I have spent thousands of pounds with this company through stands at shows etc. Never Never Never will I spend another penny with them! Totally disgusted that anyone would lie so blatantly about an item that they obviously never had to sell in the first place. Avoid this shower like the plague!

Don't buy from this company worst customer service I have every had.

I bought a part for camper van when it arrived they had delivered wrong part.

This I when the fun began,trying to get correct part nightmare.

Was told lie after lie.told me they needed to check with warehouse.

After a week I then requested a refund,another week still no refund.was then told refund had been prosessed

Clearly It had not ,another week I had to claim back refund from PayPal

Worse Delivery Times

Take no notice of there 4-6 day delivery times getting more towards 4-6 weeks.customer service bad just make the excuse delayed delivery but don't try and tell you this so you can make other plans for the kit you want.would not recommend try other companies that are more reliable.

Terribly Slow Delivery Service, They Don't Do Fast

Ignore 'fast delivery' on the website: the customer services team confirms there is only 1 option and that's supposedly 4-6 working days. More like 16! Very poor service, so many other places to buy same products on internet you'd think they'd run a slicker service, so frankly, I wouldn't consider buying from them again. The joke of it is...the items still show as in stock yet I still await delivery.

Faulted Items

I ordered Riviera Deluxe Recliners, got them on the stated delivery day.....faulted....and quite badly at that! As id rushed off to work after the delivery I called the next morning to be told I had to take pictures & email them. Done this, 4 hours later still no reply so telephoned. They advised only one chair in stock so agreed the worst one to be swapped. Then called back to say sorry its now out of stock and none in stock in the alternative colour (but you can add them to the cart and pay online with a delivery in 1-2 days) so they want to collect the faulted ones and redeliver when stock is in (if ever as no stated date).

Customer service manner is non existent....emailed and asked to speak to a manager or head office, a long winded reply back but nothing to do with what I had requested! Another email back to them and again no reply. Looks like I will now be contacting the bank to get a refund on faulted items delivered as no response from the company! Thankyou for your fantastic customer services....I WONT be shopping with you again and once my bank process my refund ill pop your seconds goods on the skip!!

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered various essential items for a forthcoming trip in our Motorhome. Basically they never turned up. I emailed asking what the hold-up was and got no reply. Waited a few days and rang and spoke to a young woman who promised to find out what the delay was and call me back. No call. Two hours later I rang again and was given some story about suppliers sending the wrong items but why they could not have told me that before I do not know. Anyway I was promised absolutely that most of the order would arrive today but it hasn't so not only have they held my money without supplying the goods, they seriously misled me too. I will never buy from them again and I suggest you don't either.

I have also ordered from them recently and is experiencing the same as you. NO feedback and when phoned similar excuses about stock.

I also have paid for items and there is no customer support. I have also asked for escalation but once again NO FEEDBACK.

They promised escalation delivery when I queried them the first time and confirmed stock but a week later used the same excuse about no stock and they are waiting.

They should spend less time on developing and advertising and rather focus on customer service and delivery of products
